The location, the view from the balconies, the pool, the proximity to the sea, the cleanliness, the friendly and attentive reception, the friendly and attentive staff—everything was wonderful.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday, and their kindness made a real difference.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the pool was excellent – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

A special thank you goes to the housekeeping team. They did an amazing job every single day, keeping our room spotless and making sure we had everything we needed. Their dedication and hard work deserve the highest praise.

Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to return again in the future!

We hebben ons erg thuis gevoeld, de sfeer is aangenaam en de eigenaren runnen het hotel met hun hart. Het appartement is ruim en de bedden waren goed. De airco’s in beide ruimtes werkten ook uitstekend, De schoonmaak was netjes en de tuin en zwembad net zo. De hoge beoordeling geeft het al aan, het waren vooral heel veel pluspunten. Dit is een accommodatie om naar terug te keren in de toekomst.

A fabulous well maintained, clean and very welcoming family run hotel/apartment. Just 3km from Kos Town easily accessible by bicycle hire or local bus. The pool was amazing with views out over the Aegean Sea and Turkey. The real plus was the staff and owners who made this holiday one of our best with their advice and help. We hope to return soon

Odlična mirna lokacija, prostorna soba ki vsebuje kuhinjo in vse potrebno za udobno bivanje. Prijazno osebje hotela ki je zmeraj na voljo. Ponudbo dopolni precej velik bazen ki je v kombinaciji z majhnim barom prava popestritev za odmor.

Super hôtel, une propreté exemplaire, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, bravo et merci aux femmes de ménage que nous oublions souvent. Apparemment spacieux et très confortable.
Linge de toilette changer tout les 2 jours, les draps sont changés souvent. Une literie au top. Apparemment au calme, (25), de la verdure et les petits oiseaux, pas de vis a vis. À éviter ceux donnant sur la route, certainement bruyant et pas d’intimité.
3 places de parking, mais possibilité de se garer devant l’établissement
La piscine est magnifique et très bien entretenue.
Possibilité de se restaurer sur place, pizza sandwich. Un très bon restaurant est à 3 minutes à pieds.
La ville est très sympa et animée, 10 minutes en voiture, mais il y a un arrêt de bus juste en face de l. Établissement

The pool area is gorgeous with ample beds and umbrellas for guests, and you have a lovely view of the Turkish coastline. Our 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor was spacious as was the balcony and the main living area. Beds pretty comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The owners were lovely and always willing to help and cleaners came to our apartment every morning.. Breakfast was available and reasonably priced and the breakfast area had similar lovely views to our room. Bus stop across the road to get you to Kos Town. Just 1.50 euros each. Petra restaurant next door for any evening meal requirements if you don't want to travel far.

Esperienza meravigliosa. Non ho mai incontrato degli hosts così gentili e appassionati per il loro lavoro. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, la posizione fantastica per chi cerca un po' di relax, ma comunque vuole restare vicino al centro città. Servizi fantastici. Lo consiglio vivamente!

I had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend this hotel, especially considering its excellent value for money. The room was clean and well equipped, with a fridge, microwave, and heating plate, which made it convenient for preparing simple meals. Everything was kept very clean throughout my stay, with bed linen changed daily and towels replaced every other day. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel also offers convenient parking and bicycle stands. Another advantage is its location close to the sea.

The location and sea view was what we liked best.

Het hotel wordt door een hele lieve familie gerund.
Je voelt je echt welkom.
Het appartement is schoon en had een heel mooi uitzicht op zee.
Het heeft een heerlijk zwembad voor verkoeling en waar je even heerlijk kan liggen op een bedje.
