The room was very comfortable, and the location is perfect for getting to major shopping stores along with restaurants. Mostly the breath-taking view of the ocean and beach.
I hated the bed, the ever-unforgiving moving mattress that you have to continue moving back into position. Then I thought we would have a coffee maker in the room, no coffee machine. That's all I got.
Staff was friendly, and my room was spotless. Pet friendly is a plus for me, so thank you!

Try to check in an hour early was not impossible, the staff would not let me use the restroom while I was waiting for my room, had problems with the check in, the room I was checked into was not ready and dirty, I try to tell the staff that it was dirty and I had to explain to them that the room was never attended so they basically gave me a room that was never cleaned
I had no clean towels or wash rags. No shower amenities.The tub was stopped up i had to go to Walmart to buy my own stuff for the room it was the worst experience i've ever had in a hotel never again will I go there.

Like how I arrived early trying charged 25 fee witch I think bull crap bc if you already paid in your room ready should be able get it then my room was ready then I said no I'm not pay the fee I come back so when I come back try stay wants ready how was it ready at 1200 when I come back at 3pm wants ready very funny
Nothing this place was horrible.
My Ac leaked and caused water to leak all into my room. The floor in the bathroom had previous water damage and was like a trampoline. Room was dirty and pool was filthy not clean at all. Ice machines didnt work and the towels were paper thin.
Location was nice. Situated between Gulfport and the main hub of Biloxi.
Our room had a kitchen, small 2 burner stove top, full sized fridge and a microwave. It came equipped with absolutely zero pots, pans or utensils. This was the whole purpose of booking this hotel. We wanted to be able to have some meals while there and not eat out, but im not purchasing pots and pans and utensils to cook with too. Day 3 of our stay we found the dresser and tv to be situated over the giant patch of mold on the wall from the ac unit. The hotel is dog friendly and it smells like it too. Overall not what we expected.
There were no towels. The ice machine on our floor was not working. Our room was very damp and the floor was slick.
The location is great and the staff was very nice.
The bed was hard and the room was just gross,the entire facility needs major renovations. We walked into the room close to midnight hoping to get some rest after a concert before a 2 hour ride back home. Turned around and left.
