I liked that it was easy to book and quick check in.

Cons:

The room was good but it really needs at least 4 pillows on the bed, the 1 pillow per person wasn't comfortable because they were small. I had to resort to grabbing a towel and rolling it up to help use as a pillow. And also the shower, once you start using your soap or body wash the tub gets extremely slippery, maybe some extra textured stickers will help that out. And the only other thing was the elevator it seemed like it was extremely slow for the door to open.

Felt like it could’ve been a bit cleaner. Hair in the shower, hair on the towels. Only left us one bath cloth.

Pros:

Location, nothing else.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Had roaches in room. Dust was on the outside of air filter vents, air filter needed changed. Beds were uncomfortable. Then they had people that rented there. Could smell the use of weed in the hallway and elevator. Complained to staff, asked to speak to manager, but manager was never there. Would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

Nothing Wasnt Clean smelled like dogs through the whole hotel They had my booking dates wrong.I told the clerk to remove it off my account before i left it never got done.They have charged my account and now no one is answering the phone to help me
