Won’t do it again.
Pros:

Decent location to Houston Beach

Cons:

Water dripping from ceiling in the bathroom. Upstairs dog barked for hours. Upstairs a/c system made a loud rumbling noise in my room below. Reported issues to staff. No resolution. Neighbor stood by my window talking on the phone until past midnight. Was charged $230 for one night.

The price was very good for 2 rooms can't beat it for 1 night stay.

Cons:

The room was not ready until 5 pm, and we got there at 4 pm, so we had to kill some time, but we were all tired, especially traveling with a baby less than 2 years old . I was just very disappointed because we stayed there a couple of years ago.

The price was very reasonable and appreciated

Cons:

I didn’t like waiting all day for housekeeping,I didnt have a iron or complimentary coffee or shampoos or anything, no blow dryer, I don’t even know if those things r kept still in rooms ?? Also never could get to the pool, kiss had it during the day and then it was locked up at night, also my key card wasn’t registered every night we had to have it re-keyed,

Pros:

The pool was nice and clean and the yard.Looked clean. The mattresses were comfortable enough. The refrigerator works good

Cons:

One of the bed spreads had sticky stuff on it. We gave it to the maid , but she never brought one back. When we got there , the toilet waa stopped up. There were lot of little pets I e.. roaches and spiders.

The pool, and rhat they put us on the bottom floor when we asked

Cons:

Gnats and mold in the first room we were put in, toilet didn't flush and the toilet paper holder was broke in the second room. The mattress didn't fir the frame so I felt like I was going to fall off the bed, the air didn't stay cool all the time like it should have. They don't enforce the "curfew" for the pool. Pool full of people that were loud and careless.
When I called to change rooms after the first night with the gnats and mold the lady sounded like I just ruined her whole day. When I went down to check out to leave there was no one in the office area.

The reservation I made was for a room with kitchenette and there was not one. It had a refrigerator and microwave that was sitting directly in front of the only sink in the room. There was no sink in restroom.

We booked a kitchenette got there and they put us in a tiny room we couldn’t even reach the sink to brush our teeth the mini fridge and microwave were blocking

The room was old and the beds were awful. There was no breakfast. The room costed $200. Way over priced. I will never use Booking.com
