bien el lugar, pero no pongan a los huespedes en zonas comunes con los empleados.

vi a personal interno del hotel, incluso niños entrando a una habitacion del lado, haciendo mucho ruido desde la tarde. me despertaron y dormi mal por culpa de los sonidos y ruidos de la puerta, cerraban muy duro y era muy frecuente.

Lo recomiendo!
Pros:

Todo me encantó. El personal fue super amable, siempre muy atentos. El restaurante es muy bueno y las habitaciones super cómodas. Lo recomiendo 100%, Además queda muy cerca del Aeropuerto.

Pros:

La ubicación muy cerca al aeropuerto

Cons:

Ofrecen un Servicio de transporte que finalmente no pude usar ya que la disponibilidad de vehiculos es muy mala. Mas de 1/2 hora de espera para poder tomar este transporte.
El baño no cuenta con agua caliente.

Pros:

Hotel "international" juste à côté de l'aéroport international de Bogota MAIS aucune personne au front Desk ou nul part dans l'hôtel ne parle anglais ou aucune autre langue que l'espagnol. Eau du robinet annoncée comme "non potable" MAIS aucune bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre, seule possibilité une mini bouteille d'eau du pays à ... 12 000 pesos (soit 4 US$) pour 25 cl... Seul avantage de l'hôtel : la navette gratuite avec un trajet de moins de 5 mn entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel.

Cons:

Personnel peu compétent et assez désagréable.
Prix de l'eau très élevé, mais impossible de faire autrement car pas d'eau offerte.

TRANQUILA, PLACENTERA Y EXCELENTE DESAYUNO

excelente ubicacion , el desayuno el mejor en hoteles cercanos al aeropuerto, tranquilo , las habitaciones un paco pequena pero todos esos hoteles son asi, volveria. Muy bien decorado el lobby y agradable el comedor

Pros:

La Zona húmeda, colchón, almohadas y el room service 24 horas.

Cons:

El Desayuno es un proceso a mejorar, ( temperatura de los alimentos y el pan podría ser más fresco) podria ser mejor para los altos estándares de calidad que maneja el hotel en el resto de procesos.

Excellent airport hotle
Pros:

It's an excellent aiport hotel. Honestly, I've traveled extensively and have never had a better breakfast experience than at this hotel.

Cons:

You can't open the windows and a lot of the spa "services" are extra and over priced.
