El personal fue muy atento y amable en todo momento desde el frontal desk hasta el personal del restaurante. Personas capacitadas y con buena voluntad de ayudar. Excelente trabajo!!

We have stayed here many times while traveling thru Bogota.
Pros:

Very convenient to the airport, rooms and bed are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet is also very good. Free shuttle to airport is also great.

Buena ubicación pero pésimo servicio de room service

El servicio del restaurante a la habitación pésimo, me tocó bajar a comprar y llevar comida a la habitación. No pudimos preparar café, pues la cafetera estaba muy desagradable, sucia y no dejan ni una botella de agua para preparar y hay una nevera pequeña pero no dejan nada para consumir. Estuve con mi esposa, habíamos pedido una habitacion de una sola cama y nos dieron una con dos muy pequeñas
