Everything, bedding was dirty, door did not fully close and there was a gap in the door seal. Room smelled and could hear all guest around the hotel. Room/ hotel was completely run down. Had it not been so late after our day at the beach, I would have drove the 3 hours to go home. I watch a maintenance worker break into another guests room with a crow bar.
