The girl in FO was super unhappy with clients..phone was priority, not guest.
In lobby please do something with toilet smell.

The location was convenient for us, the hotel itself is pleasant and the room was nice.
The breakfast was below expectations and was not included in the price we paid on booking.com
Huone oli viihtyisä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä sekä avuliasta.
Hotellin ruuista ei ole kokemuksia mutta ainakin aamupalaa olisi ollut tarjolla ja hyvällä aikavälillä.
Sängyn patjojen välissä oli hiuksia/ihokarvoja vaikka vuoteeseen oli pedattu puhtaat lakanat.
Olisin toivonut pientä jääkaappia huoneeseen johon olisi voinut laittaa pienet eväät/ juomiset, sen puuttuminen hieman hankaloitti olemista.
Läget och personal, vår bokning hade inte kommit in från booking- personalen hjälpte oss väldigt bra. Nära Avicii arena. Lätt att ta sig in till centrum.

The room was quite big. Very nice Staff, opportunity to leave a language in hotel lobby. The food during the breakfast was very tasty.

Hiljainen sijainti. Ilmainen parkki lähellä hotellia yön yli. Motellin edestä lähtee ratikka ja bussi keskustaa kohti.
Aamupalalla on tingitty , pariiin aikaisempaan yöpymiseen verrattuna

Litet utbud av kost vid sen ankomst. Att boendet inte hade räknat med många konsertbesökare som kommer sent.
Decor was lovely, it was nice and clean! Although not city centre you can walk everywhere and the tram stop is right outside
Nothing
Great location if you are in Stockholm for a concert. It's relatively close to the Avicii and 3Arena arenas.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, the only warm food they had was boiled eggs. But if you are heading to the airport in the morning, it's a nice option and it's not expensive.
The room was clean and cozy.
