Pros:

Una experiencia fantástica! Desde que llegamos al check-in todo fue excepcional; queremos destacar a Jorge en recepción, quien fue súper amable y nos brindó una atención impecable explicando cada detalle. La comida del restaurante es exquisita y el desayuno buffet es completísimo. Por mi trabajo me toca viajar con mucha frecuencia, y hace bastante tiempo no me topaba con un servicio tan excelente. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

Clean, comfortable and for a good price.
Pros:

The hotel is not far from the airport. We got an uber and were there in about 10 minutes or so, when we got to the hotel it was late at night and there was a security guard outside that asked us if we're (name on booking) and opened the door for us. It was really nice since we were 2 women and it was late at night. The check in process was easy and quick, the room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had a view of some plants outside of our window even though we were on an elevated floor.
The breakfast in the morning was sufficient, one of the only buffet style breakfasts we had in CR. There was staff there to answer any questions and help out. They were all very nice. We were very happy with our choice.

Cons:

There could be a bit more shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries, but we made do.

No cumplió las expectativas, fotos falsas
Pros:

La ambientación interna, la limpieza, el restaurante y los espacios comunes son bonitos y prácticos. El personal es amable.

Cons:

Las fotografías externas son falsas. El hotel está en medio de otros edificios y se ve muy pequeño, te sientes encerrado.
Además el estacionamiento es pequeño y debes pedir que te abran para salir. Cuando no hay nadie te quedas esperando.
