Pros:

The staff are great.
Dinner was fabulous, though they do give you quite a lot of food. More than I was expecting

Cons:

The weather was a bit of a let down, but I can't fault the hotel

Cons:

In the bathroom there was a walk in large shower which was fine but my husband and I who are fairly elderly would have liked a handle or something to hold onto. It is very easy to slip fall and damaging yourself

Charmantes Hotel
Pros:

Ein liebevoll geführtes Hotel. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Besonders gefiel uns die alte Einrichtung.
Das Zimmer und das Bad war sehr groß.
Frühstück und Abendessen war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

The property is undergoing renovation. Our room was not very clean. Water and damp coming in from the outside wall in our room. Leaks in the roof.

Great location. Hotel has an old fashioned charm.
Pros:

Staff were great. Location excellent. Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Hotel is looking quite tired. Windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a while. Light bulbs missing etc.

Well located wonderful property with beautiful views and environment, F&B service a bit need to be improvement. All
Pros:

The location, decoration, history, view, parking, wireless, and front desk team. Friendly and worm welcoming.

Cons:

The dinner service was poor unfortunately, the dishes were very good however, staff was not very focused, no check back on the course, no recommendations, after the main course, did not offered dessert or hot beverages and it is taken value of the experience.

I would stay again but would hope that the new owners can refresh the whole hotel.
Pros:

Nice sized room with a lovely view. Breakfast was fine though a little chaotic on the first morning.

Cons:

The hotel is looking a little tired with obvious problems with leaking roofs in many parts. Though our room was nice it could have been cleaner especially the bathroom where the drain smelt.
