Position, style and that after a long drive there is a bar and in house dining on site. Very friendly welcoming staff.

The hotel is ideally situated for Fistral Beach and Newquay town. All within 10 minute walk. Google maps said 20 but it's not. Added bonus of car parking to. Breakfast was lovely, buffet style which I love and a sea view whilst having breakfast. All staff from all levels helpful, friendly and attentive. The hotel has an amazing team.
Not the hotels fault but the weather was rubbish, good old British weather.

The hotel itself was good, clean, and comfortable. The beds were really comfy, the spa facilities were lovely, and overall the hotel had a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the stay was ruined by being woken up multiple times during the night by people banging on doors and shouting in the hallways. I’ve been awake since 5:40am because of the noise, which was really disappointing and took away from what could have been a relaxing stay.

Very poor room. Hotel in need of a lot of upgrading this should be made clear at the point of booking. For this price expect more. Wouldn't recommend Hotel in its current condition. Very disappointing overall.
