Pros:

Overall, I liked my stay at this hotel. However, you are mainly paying for the location. The swimming pool is quite small, and there were no pool towels available.

The plumbing in the room was in poor condition, and the drainage system did not work properly. Housekeeping was provided every day, which was a plus.

However, the hotel itself feels quite old and is in need of renovation. Considering the overall condition of the hotel and the facilities, I think the price is too high.

Lage ist Top

Cons:

Hotel ist abgenutzt, in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Decke und Polster Schmutzig, die Zimmer sind einfach schon alt und nicht sonderlich liebevoll gepflegt. Wie das Hotel 5 Sterne haben kann ist nicht nachvollziehbar.

Emplacement top tourisme et quartier proche de tout, petit déjeuner en buffet riche accueillant

Cons:

Les équipements vieillis salle de bain moisissure et trop anciens et y’a comme même une différence de traitement entre les touristes locaux et étrangers c’est dommage les étrangers sont mieux traités que les touristes locaux alors qu’ils payent les mêmes montants et le même service au retour…..

Top! La conciergerie est super ! Emplacement genial
Pros:

Les concierges sont très gentilles et attentionnée, c’était un plaisir d’être accueillies par elles.
Suite très bien, équipement top, emplacement exceptionnel. On apprécie les services de cet hôtel de luxe : collation d’accueil, spa, piscine avec saint Sophie en vue, sucrerie servie dans la chambre, super conciergerie.

Cons:

La vue sur sainte Sophie n’est pas aussi extraordinaire que sur les photos
