Cons:

La nostra camera aveva le finestre a livello della piscina, impossibile tenere aperte le tende. Manutenzione non all'altezza. La prima cena livello mensa (poi ci e' 'stato spiegato che potevamo ordinare alla carta e le cose sono cambiate). Nell'insieme comunque consigliato se non si pretende una struttura veramente a 5 stelle

Breakfast was terrible...can't believe still the same as 2 years ago...very old fashion...chipped coffee mugs...fruit rather bad quality..it's not even 3 star...u need to improve ...Towels hard and terrible...gee wiz..Tissues in room is sooo hard..really terrible....Breakfast is really bad...forever looking for the sweetener for my coffee!!!!can u not afford sweetener..Breakfast was picked up at 10.45am...I got in the Breakfast room at that time..everything was picked up...really u are definitely not 5 star.very disappointed..on arrival no welcome drink..NO 5 STAR.
No dirt bins in room ...Staff NOT FRIENDLY at all when bringing stuff to the room..it's like they doing us favor..Even though location is good ...will definitely looking at another hotel..There are many hotels at the same LOCATION...SURA HAGIA DEFINITELY NOT 5 STAR.Please attend to ur toilets there's always water coming out of toilet we always had to use towels to keep floors dry.Plse improve as u are sooner or later going to be out of business..

Cons:

Équipements précaires pour le prix, serviettes de bain déchirées, les lits simples sont collés on ne peut même pas passer entre les lits . Petit déjeuner très très limité , que de la laitue, et lorsque vous commandez une omelette on vous souffle dessus tellement c’est fatiguant pour les serveurs de prendre votre commande. Vraiment je suis très très déçue, l’hôtel s’est énormément détérioré

La posizione, praticamente a 300 m dalla Moschea di Santa Sofia. La disponibilità alla reception eccezionale: grazie a Reyan, Sultan, Mawada e Gülli. Hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Buona la colazione.
