It met my needs and the staff responded within 2 minutes to repair my clogged tub and to clean my room.
My tub didn’t drain when I took a shower. I believe if the housekeepers washed the tubs, they would’ve seen the tub was clogged before I checked in.

Unable to heat water in microwave in the room. There were only thin plastic cups not suitedable for the very hot water in the microwave.
