Great Hospitality.
Pros:

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth setting the tone for a memorable experience.
A special mention goes to Deepa at the reception, whose efficient check-in process and friendly demeanour made me feel instantly welcome.
The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding, and Nandini deserves heartfelt appreciation for ensuring everything was perfect. Her courteous nature and proactive approach truly reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
The dining experience was another highlight. Chef Prem crafted some of the most delicious dishes I’ve had, with flavors that were both authentic and beautifully presented. Alongside him, Sagar ensured impeccable service, making every meal enjoyable and comfortable.10 on 10 Service by Prem, Sagar and Nandini.
I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and exceptional hospitality.

Pros:

We were a party of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The hotel was very conveniently located next to the mall. The staff were courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. I had initially assumed that breakfast was included in the booking, but upon checking, it wasn’t. When I considered canceling and rebooking to include breakfast, the staff kindly offered it to us complimentary, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.

The property is ageing and can be seen in the worn out and ill maintained furniture, lighting . It needs a major overhau
Pros:

1] The staff were very courteous and the training department had done an excellent job on them .
2] The local humane touch was there and in good measure.

Cons:

1] The front office had just one person to handle the desk and had to wait for quite long as the same person was handling phone queries, check in , billing ..
2] The hotel / chef being under a repute brand has not inculcated the multi cuisine food requirements even of other states of India.
3] Curtains missing, Lights with torn fabric, Table tops with scratches…. All signs of needing a major refurbishment/ overhaul.
