A Wonderful Long Stay Experience at Novotel Kolkata
Pros:

Overall, we had an excellent stay at Novotel Kolkata and would happily recommend it, especially if you're planning a longer stay.

The experience was great right from check in. Ankita at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, welcoming, and kindly upgraded us to a beautiful serviced apartment, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

There are a few small things that could be improved, particularly for a five star hotel. Housekeeping was always polite, but a couple of requests slipped through the cracks. For example, we had to remind them two or three times before plates and cutlery were brought to the apartment.

The serviced apartments could also feel a little more homely. The living room was quite bare, and a few tasteful decor touches would make the space feel much warmer and more inviting for guests staying longer.

That said, these were minor issues in an otherwise very pleasant stay. If you're looking for a comfortable place that offers good value, spacious rooms, and a touch of luxury without the hefty price tag, Novotel Kolkata is definitely worth considering.

Wonderful experience
