Pros:

Wonderful stay, excellent staff members
Pros:

Great location, ambience, atmosphere, amazing food, but the best part is the wonderful staff members who are highly trained professionals, providing the highest quality of services and care. As a solo female traveling, they made me feel very safe and conformable.

Cons:

The Sunday evening/night pool party was very loud/noisy. I wish it were for shorter duration and/or less noisy!

Perfect view, big pool

Cons:

I had requested an early check-in, but my request was declined and I was asked to wait until 2:00 PM. I was then informed that a superior room was available if I paid an additional ₹3,400. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this experience, as I was hoping for more flexibility regarding my early check-in request.
