An over-crowded and under-staffed hotel.
Pros:

Rooms are small and the lobby is often over-crowded because of corporate events.

Cons:

The breakfast was the most pathetic experience. There were lots of good food options. But long wait to get a table and understaffed facilities mean you can hardly explore those. Even the tables were not properly cleaned.

Feels like a 4 star rather than a 5 star hotel
Pros:

flower arrangements all over were very nice and live music during breakfast was very soothing.

Cons:

overcrowded with too many staff, large group of people from corporate events smoking at the entrance, breakfast loaded with unhealthy items, lacks quality and very disorganised in general, corridor carpets stuck in 1970 horror film, general cleanliness needs improvement.
