Excelente ubicación!
Pros:

Muy amables, excelente si no piensas estar en el hotel solo llegar a dormir con todas las comodidades, me subieron la maleta al llegar antes al hotel, espectacular área cerca del zócalo !

객실이 옛날식이지만 깔끔하고 편안했어요
Pros:

직원들이 모두 친절하고 적극적으로 도움을 줬다. 월드컵경기를 꼭대기층 식당 테라스에서 볼 수 있다.
시내 중심가에 위치하고 차도 많이 다녀서 위험해보이지 않았다.
시설이 약간 구식이긴 하지만 청결도가 준수하고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나온다

Cons:

욕실에 바디워시가 없고 창문이 작다
일부 객실은 차소리 혹은 월드컵 펜페스타의 소음이 컸다.
하지만 방을 바꿔달라는 요청을 흔쾌히 받아줬고 옮겨간 방은 소음이 거의 없었다.

La ubicación estratégica, la atención del personal, las instalaciones muy bonitas, la habitación pequeña, pero cómoda y con lo necesario.

Cons:

El desayuno muy limitado, llegamos en fin de semana y era tipo buffet entonces pudimos recoger, aunque no había mucha opción para quienes no gustamos o no podemos comer picante y condimentado. Luego, entre semana ya no había buffet y por ejemplo sólo se podía escoger entre gelatina, fruta o jugo, una sola de las tres, e igual no había variedad para comer.

El servicio de limpieza en la habitación, un día de los 7 que estubimos no la hicieron, a veces no ponían papel en el baño y teníamos que llamar para que nos llevaran, las toallas tenían agujeros grandes, no limpiaban la mesa que había en la habitación, los vasos y la hielera. En la noche se escuchaba mucho tuido de las personas que se hospedaban en el hotel.

Stay was good. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. OXXO across the street was helpful.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Super close to everything. 5 minute walk to the Zocalo. Noise was not an issue and our room was a bit small, but very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We weren't able to watch the World cup games on the television. We were told to try different channels, but they didn't work. If able to, we might have slept in and watched a game in bed.

Las manifestaciones cerca del Hotel. No se pueden acercar los TAXIS cuando las calles están cerradas por los manifestantes.

Great place to stay, quiet, clean, great location to access the historic center and friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was very clean and located on the 1st floor, quiet, location was perfect distance to the Zocalo (200 meters) and same distance to the Aldama Park. Although I had no windows to the street or the middle of the hotel, it was great that there were a couple of windows facing the middle section of the hotel (a 3x3mtrs where windows were facing other windows) which was no problem because it let some air in if you wanted to. The AC/Fan worked perfectly. Overall, great location, fair price, quiet, clean and helpful staff :)

Cons:

I can't complaint, I got what I paid for and it was worth it. Don't recall but would have been nice to have gotten a room with a view to the street but I am sure they were pricier.

En General bastante bien la ubicación es muy buena

Tiene muy buena ubicación puedes llegar caminando a varios sitios de interés

Cons:

Estuve 4 días el primer día todo estaba muy limpio, pero los demás días parecía que solo tendían las camas y y si hacia falta cambiaban las toallas, no se si así sea en ese hotel, pero me he quedado en otros, menos días y si hacen la limpieza completa

I hope to come back and meet “younger towels”

Clean, close to key landmarks of the city, the high ceiling.

Cons:

The towels that hotel provided were too old to use, dingy, and worn-out, especially compared with the clean white bedsheets. Using them felt unpleasant and unhygienic, and it really affected my overall impression of the hotel.
