What a great trip - Mexico 2 England 3.
Pros:

Great location in historic centre, easy walk to Zocalo (main square - which doubled as a Fanzone for the World Cup). Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast which offered cooked options on weekdays, restaurant was on rooftop terrace. My friends who were staying nearby also came to eat there.

Cons:

There was no bar at the hotel but this may have been a blessing as we found the excellent Bar Mancera nearby. Music noise from a nearby bar / nightclub until 0430 (if not longer) on Sunday morning - probably out of the hotel's control.

Encontré cabello. Largo entre las sábanas, hubo mucho escándalo en los pasillos y en los cuartos y ya eran más de las 12 pm , convendría que en elevador y pasillos hubiera carteles recordando que es un espacio público donde debería haber respeto a los demás huéspedes, o bien comentarlo en la entrada al registrarse

Agradable estancia.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la cordialidad del personal tanto del hotel como la del restaurante. Éste último tiene un menú diario muy rico y accesible, el desayuno también es bueno económico.
Su ubicación fue perfecta para nuestros intereses, pudimos recorrer todo el centro histórico e incluso, llegamos caminando al Museo Nacional de Antropología.

Cons:

La habitación que tomamos fue la estándar y es tal como la muestran las fotos, sólo nos molestó que se escuchan los ruidos de la gente que transita por el corredor.Considerar que esta habitación no tiene ventanas y que las almohadas eran muy duras (es cuestión de gustos personales).
