Alvor es el destino preferido para mis vacaciones de playa. Es la tercera vez que me alojo en AlvorMar apartamentos y siempre con alta satisfacción. Su ubicación en el casco del pueblo y proximidad a la playa, más su excelente servicio y comodidad le otorgan una ventaja indiscutible para mi a la hora de elegir alojamiento.
Very clean, very modern, and well kept. The staff was very nice receiving me, and the whole system to get in and out worked very well. Excellent location near the "Ribeira" restaurant area, and not far from the beach.
The property doesn't have parking, but there was plenty on the street on a short distance.
Apartment was really good size for 3 adults. Had all that you needed, was really well equipped. Location was superb for beach, marina and centre of Alvor. Staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. We had an early flight so arrived before checkin time but had let them no prior and they had our apartment ready not long after we arrived. Pool area was lovely, no issues getting a sun lounger.

Poor Quality furniture
Had fall in shower pulled pull cord no one responded.
It came off in my hand and staff did not respond to my emergency pull cord.
I called reception to tell them pull cord came off in my hand hour after it happened.
I was not asked if I was ok 15 min later reception called back asked if I was ok.
I had hurt my leg but nobody responded to my help call that is disgusting I could have been seriously hurt.
I have severe bruising to my leg and tummy not really good enough.

Lovely 2 bed apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen and living area and pull out sofa.
Ideal quiet location. 24 hour reception. Staff at property super friendly and knowledgeable.
5 minutes to bars restaurants, of which there are plenty. Go explore the outer Alvor and side streets, there a some little gems hidden away.
Main Alvor beach and Boardwalk 10-15 min walk away
Apartment was perfect for 2.
Beds were comfortable.
Room & bathroom extremely clean.
Plenty of plates, cups, glasses cooking utensils etc. Aircon was a blessing while we were there.
Poolside was lovely and clean with plenty of loungers & parasols. Good shaded areas if required. Snack /drinks bar open until 5.00pm
Roof top space - clean with great views. Undercover seating. Few sun loungers and tables with chairs.
Alvor is lovely. A lot quieter than Rocha and Albufeira, exactly what we were hoping

Hairdryer could be better. Very fiddly to continuously hold the on switch whilst trying to dry hair (note to self to pack own next time)

Staff and very clean apartment
I thought it was expensive, I have stayed less expensive properties in Alvor with much better facilities , a bigger apartment with two bed rooms with laundry facilities a better pool area and and restaurants stayed open till 8pm . The difference in price was €50 per night and all at the same time of year
