Its central location. Despite being on a busy street, our room was quiet - probably because it was at the back of the hotel. Newly refurbished so everything very clean.

La ubicación

Cons:

El cuarto es demasiado chico, no entraba ni un carry - on abierto, caminabas y te chocabas con las cosas. No tenía nada de iluminación el cuarto y además la única ventana que tenía daba a un patio del cual siempre salía olor a frito por lo cual no se podía abrir el cuarto para ventilar.

Geweldige locatie !
Pros:

Perfecte locatie, fijn verblijf

Kamer was schoon en netjes ingericht. Compact maar goed doordacht. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging is echt een aanrader — je stapt de deur uit en zit tussen de gezelligste kroegjes en restaurantjes van Amsterdam. Ideaal als je de stad wil beleven. Wij komen Zeker terug.

Location and that it looked clean

Cons:

Unfortunately we found some kind of bugs in the room, so maybe something to block them from entering the room trough the window.
Also that they did not want to move us to another room, without the bugs, unless we upgraded (for an extra charge)

Comfortable beds and space. Air conditioning.

Cons:

Very noisy at night until past 4am. The stairs are super steep which others had mentioned. We didn’t have big bags but think it would be tricky with large suitcases.

Pros:

駅からの近さ。スタッフは遠隔ですが、オンラインでのコンタクトが取れるので問題なく、親切でした。また、ホテル入口はオートロックなのでセキュリティ面も許容範囲だと思います。

Cons:

一階がバーなので、深夜までものすごく騒がしかったです。週末2泊しましたが2泊とも。
それ以外は快適でした。

Great location and clean secure
Pros:

Perfect location to be in the heart of Amsterdam. Because we were so close to central station itself, made navigating around easy to find our way.
The room and beds very clean and comfortable. Just what we needed for coming and going

Cons:

There was no personal connection with an actual person, was all AI on check- in or if needed anything. We stayed 3 nights in the first day found our kettle & safe both didn’t work. We reported through the AI contact iPad, kettle wasn’t fixed or replaced until following day. Safe was never fixed. There was construction happening next door every day
