Unico hotel in zona San Genesio ed Uniti.
Pulito, con ampio parcheggio all’aperto, aria condizionata funzionante.
Reception aperta H24.

Cons:

Hotel in stile anni 80 non rinnovato, presente moquette in camera (avevo chiesto se era possibile avere una stanza senza ma o non hanno accolto la mia richiesta o non ne hanno), colazione molto basica.
All’arrivo,dopo aver effettuato il check in alla reception, entriamo in camera e non funzionava nulla ma abbiamo contattato la reception e avevano dimenticato di attivare l’elettricità, hanno sistemato subito la cosa.
Al check out la receptionist mi dice che dobbiamo versare un saldo per l’aggiunta di un secondo ospite ma la prenotazione era per due persone ed avevo già pagato tutto tramite Booking. Dopo averle mostrato tutto mi dice che probabilmente avevano dei problemi ai loro sistemi quindi ci libera senza chiederci null’altro.

Für eine Nacht ist es okey. Personal war sehr freundlich.
Pros:

Es war okei für eine Nacht. Uns hat gefallen das unsere Tochter ein eigenes Zimmer hatte zum schlafen. Einen riesen Bett für sich alleine. Wir hatten kein Babybett im Zimmer trotz Anfrage und Bestätigung jedoch hat das Personal uns schnell eins besorgt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr alt, am Morgen kam viel Licht ins Zimmer da die Vorhänge nicht gut die Fenster abdeckten. Im Zimmer war es sehr feucht und kalt, wir konnten die Klimaanlage nicht ausschalten. Wir kamen spät im Hotel und trotz Hinweis und Bestätigung vom Babybett hatten wir keins im Zimmer.
