Es ist einfach soooo schön dort wirklich, dass Frühstück war ein Traum , genauso wie der Wellness Bereich. Die Zimmer super sauber und die Betten sooo schön bequem. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Ich kann nur eine einzige Sache sagen die für mich persönlich negativ war, dass war die Dame hinter der Cocktail Theke. Sie war super unfreundlich fing an auf Polnisch zu beleidigen und worauf ich ihr auf Deutsch sagte , dass ich es verstanden habe, was sie gesagt hat , meinte sie.... Die könne mich nicht verstehen, sie spricht kein Deutsch. Obwohl sie vorher mit mir Deutsch gesprochen hat. Aber der Rest des Personals war super freundlich und sie sprechen alle deutsch und können es auch verstehen.

Do poprawienia jest w zasadzie wszystko , rozpoczynając od obsługi :

1. Arogancka , nie przyjemna recepcja , recepcjonistki obsługiwały jak za karę , niedopuszczalny jest brak aż takiej empatii , przy Check In powstał problem - problemy gości hotelowych należy rozwiązywać - Pani jedna z drugą jasno oznajmiły , że ten problem ich nie dotyczy - ignoracja połączona z chamstwem zamknęły możliwośc polecenia tego obiektu komukolwiek .

Nie wpuszczono Nas do Hotelu z psem , gdzie jasno i wyraźnie w ogłoszeniu Hotelu na platformie Booking.com - ( screeny zdjęć ) jest napisane - HOTEL PRZYJAZNY PSOM - poinformowano Nas , że jest to błąd systemu - po czym do recepcji w trakcie Check In wszedł inny gośc hotelowy z psem - brak spójności zeznań - żenujące i skandaliczne zachowanie recepcji , brak dyrekcji na miejscu w dniu Check In , a także w Poniedziałek , brak kompetencji kompletny ..

malutkie , ciasne pokoiki , restauracja przepełniona gośćmi zagranicznymi głownie starsi emeryci z Niemiec + 70 lat , gorąco nie działająca klimatyzacja - natomiast główny zarzut padł na ordynarnie zachowujący się skład recepcji - w moim odczuciu tego typu zachowania kwalifikują się do natychmiastowego zwolnienia , tak nie pracuje się w usługach .

Einfaches Essen, viel zu kleiner Speiseraum.

Der Badebereich zu klein bei soviel Gâsten. Teilweise gingen viele Sachen nicht. Sehr sparsames Licht am Pool.
Achtung: Parkplatz vom Hotel, 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ,!!!!!!

Riesiger Balkon. Frühstück ok. Zusammenspiel Alt- und Neubau, optimal gelöst

Cons:

2 Stühle und 1 kleiner Tisch, für den riesigen Balkon überhaupt nicht passend. Der Ort ist sehr laut und sehr auf einfachen Tourismus ausgelegt.

Sehr gut gelegen, unweit der Mole, aber doch ruhig.
Sehr angehmer Empfang, Personal durchgehend freundlich. Außergewöhnlich sauber, auch wenn die Zimmer erst spät gereinigt werden. Schönes Spa, geräumig und warm.
Für drei Sterne unschlagbar.
