Il parcheggio custodito con una tariffa adeguata

Cons:

L’accoglienza da parte di di una receptionist davvero antipatica che ci ha chiesto di pagare subito 20€ in più a testa per via di una prenotazione nel adeguata ( secondo lei è normale perché con Booking capita… ) ma personalmente ho sempre prenotato con Booking camere matrimoniali e mai mi era successo prima di pagare una sovrattassa non avendo specificato che eravamo in due in camera . Poiché le camere erano 2 in totale la sovrattassa è stata di 80€

Disappointing Stay – Subpar Rooms, Poor Service, and Unreliable Promises
I had a terrible experience staying at Hotel Villa Eur and cannot recommend it.
We specifically chose to book this hotel because they advertised available late check-outs. However, on our final day, they went back on their word and told us we had to leave immediately because they were fully booked. Adding insult to injury, the housekeeping was practically non-existent throughout our stay—the maid only showed up once, and not until 4:00 PM.
The room quality and amenities were equally frustrating:
Bait & Switch: We were initially assigned an extremely dated room that looked like something out of a horror movie, with a non-functioning AC. To get a decent room, we were forced to pay an extra €45 per night for an "upgrade."
Useless AC: Even in the upgraded room, the air conditioning maxed out at a warm 26°C (nearly 79°F), making sleep nearly impossible.
No Water & Weak Fridge: We went an entire night without running water, and the mini fridge took two full days just to cool a bottle of water.
Inconvenient Location: The property sits at the top of a steep hill with no shuttle service provided, forcing guests to trek up and down on foot every time they go out.
Save your money and book elsewhere for a comfortable, reliable stay in Rome.
