Great location! Better than a hostel. Very basic.
Pros:

Great location! Super close to the city centre and major attractions, however. I had two rooms due to the issues with the first one. Issues have been resolved by staff despite having limited options they have found a solution for me and moved me to a different room. 2nd Room itself was bigger in size, beds were small but comfortable and all facilities worked as expected.

Cons:

I had two rooms. First room did not have a hot water in the shower or sink. AC did not work properly, instead of cooling the room it was heating it up which made the room absolutely unbearable. It took me a multiple attempts communicating with the staff and their facilities guy trying to solve it for us, but unsuccessfully. We tried to move the room but were told that it's impossible as there are no rooms left. The situation didn't look good and we were thinking about changing the hotel. after one more attempt at the hotel desk we've been joined by another guest who had exact same problem in his room. 2 of us was enough for the staff to find us replacement rooms with working facilities. Second room had it's own issues but were minor in comparison to the first one. Broken doors to the bathroom, couldn't close them completely. Broken (fixed) main door's lock. It's like some previous guests had a fight there, visible cracks on doors and walls. Every time we've used our card to get power, one of our fuses was blowing up, every single time we had to flip the fuse when entering the room. Our towels were not changed 2 days in a row despite us having the sign on the door. I guess we have missed the window for room service ?? twice ?

Pros:

The location was good. We were at the back so it was not noisy.

Cons:

I couldn't believe that the room had no proper blackout curtains. There were around 6 windows yet only half of them were covered by a curtain. A dark room is basic necessity in any hotel and it was impossible to sleep past 5am because the room became extremely bright. To make things worse the bed was uncomfortable and the pillow was so thick and high that it felt like I was sitting upright rather than lying down. I ended up sleeping without the pillow. Unfortunately we didn't have a good night sleep during our stay.

Cons:

Sporco, fatiscente. Il wc letteralmente sotto il lavandino. Lavandino tappato. Reggidoccia rotto, impossibile tenere ferma la doccetta. Colazione da 1 stella. È uno scandalo che booking renda disponibile una stanza del genere, indipendentemente dal prezzo. Se si considera poi che il prezzo supera i 100€ è un furto vero e proprio.

Widok z pokoju. Miłe, pomocne panie na recepcji. Sprawnie działająca winda. Wygodne łóżko. Efektowny uszak z podnóżkiem. Czystość .

Good option for a night after a concert
Pros:

Great location with walkable distance to the arena, friendly and helpful staff, lots of great restaurants nearby, the rooms were good, matching the photos online, all was as expected.
