Pros:

Nagyon jól éreztúk Magunkat, minden az elvárásunknak megfelelő volt.
A szoba minden nap tisztán várt minket, a személyzet minden tagja nagyon kedves és segítőkész.
A reggelinél bőséges a választék mindenki talált számára megfelelőt.
A kinti medencék mindegyikét kipróbáltuk, de a legfelső szinten lévő volt a kedvenc.

Cons:

Picit távol van a városközponttól, így mi autóval mentünk be.

Super Hotel für gehobene Ansprüche und traumhaften Ausblick

Richtig tolles Hotel, vor allem mit einer Mega-Aussicht von den Pools.
Im Gegensatz zu dem Hotel, in dem wir vorher waren, ist Galvani ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht. Freundliches Personal, eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, tolle Zimmer, riesige Duschen, traumhafter Blick von allen Ebenen auf den See. 3 Pools, oben eine Bar.
Eigentlich für ruhesuchende gut geeignet, jedoch achtet das Personal nicht auf springende und ballspielende Kinder im Pool. Es war den einen Tag wirklich extrem, weil die Eltern der betreffenden Kinder so gar nicht auf ihre Sprösslinge geachtet haben und selbst will man auch nicht als Meckerer dastehen. Sogar der Geburtstag unserer Tocher wurde auf Nachfrage mit einer schönen Torte und Prosecco zum Frühstück zelebriert, allerdings auch extra berechnet. Ist jetzt nicht schlimm, aber so etwas möchte man gern vorher wissen. Zimmerpersonal auch sehr nett, die beiden Mädels an der Bar, Alessandra und Maddalena, ein großes Lob, immer freundlich, immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. TOP! Hier sitzt der Chef noch selbst an der Rezeption und kümmert sich um die Belange der Gäste, richtig super! Ein Fitnessraum ist seit neuestem auch vorhanden, mit neuen und guten Geräten.

Das Hotel liegt nicht besonders günstig erstens direkt an der Hauptstraße zweitens circa 15-20 Minuten vom Zentrum entfe
Pros:

Das Hotel hat drei Pools, der obere ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber aber man muss 140 Stufen erst mal hochgehen

Cons:

Das Personal war überwiegend nicht freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Und der angepriesen Strand mit liege ist nicht vorhanden beziehungsweise die liegen muss man sich selber von der Tiefgarage aus mitnehmen.

Die Aussicht vom infinity-Pool auf der obersten Ebene ist einfach gigantisch. Es waren sehr schöne Tage hier! ... der Strand vor der Tür..
das nette Hotel mit gutem Frühstück, freundlichem Service und schöner Aussicht ...die Nähe zu Torri del Benaco und Garda... es hat alles gepasst!!

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel on the lake, with lovely staff and good breakfast buffet. Easy 15 min walk into Torri Del Benaco.

Cons:

Slightly odd that a kettle was in our room but no tea or coffee supplies provided in the room.

Very enjoyable, would come again.

A wonderful stay in a great location.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Excellent breakfast. Pool was very quiet with an excellent view over Lake Garda to the mountains beyond. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Air conditioning in our room worked, but not terribly effectively ... it was still pretty warm, but I accept we travelled in a heatwave.
It would have been good to know in advance that the gates to the hotel were locked at midnight, although there is a night porter to look out for people arriving late and we had no issues getting in ... it was just worrying to turn up to locked gates the first night this happened to us. In all three cases we returned after midnight, the gates were opened in less than a minute.

Pobyt oceniam na bardzo dobry, przepiękna okolica rekompensowała niedociągnięcia.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i znakomite baseny zewnętrzne z widokami na jezioro. Miła obsługa i czyste pokoje.

Cons:

Śniadania były bardzo, bardzo skromne i monotonne. To był duży minus przy tygodniowym pobycie.
