Ok to sleep.
Pros:

Some of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good variety but it was the same everyday.

Cons:

Some of the staff weren't friendly and couple of them couldn't speak English, so the communication was difficult sometimes. Hotel is outdated, bathroom very small and hard to shower on without wetting the entire bathroom. The parking situation it's chaotic. No parking spot no stopping spot near the hotel. You pretty much stop at the front in the busy road, go get someone to park your car for you.

Freundlich und sauber aber auch laut und wenig gepflegt.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Housekeeping ebenso und macht eine tolle Arbeit. 10 von 10 Punkten für die tägliche Sauberkeit nach der Reinigung! Auch das Bett generell war sauber und aktuell.
Die Lage ist natürlich sehr gut, ob zum Bahnhof, zum Park oder selbst zu Fuß zum Basar oder ans Wasser sind kein Problem. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Frühstück war reichlich und Käse und Saft wurden selbst kurz vor Schluss noch nachgelegt.

Cons:

Der Zustand an sich, wie ihn hier einige beschreiben. Ob das teils durch Reinigung zu beheben ist, ist fraglich. Die weißen Fugen im Bad sind teils fleckig, an den Armaturen gibt es Ablagerungen. Teile der Möbel sind vom Zustand her ebenso ungewohnt für Mitteleuropäer in einem 3-Sterne Hotel.
Die teils durch eine Glaswand abgegrenzte Dusche lässt alle Optionen offen das Bad zu fluten ... in anderen Zimmern (Budget?) sollte man zudem keinen Bauch besitzen, um in diese zu kommen. Bei uns war es ein bequemer Eckeinstieg.

Wir hatten keine Bettwanzen, von daher zu dem Thema alles gut.

Die deutlichste Abwertung gibt es für den Lärm-Faktor. Ein einfach verglastes Schiebefenster mag zwar für die Region normal sein. Aber mit einer 5-spurigen Straße vor dem Fenster ein absolutes Erlebnis. Ohrenstöpsel wurden dann nach 4 Nächten doch in der Apotheke gekauft. Sind für normal schlafende Menschen eine unbedingte Empfehlung.

Da wir nun wissen was uns erwartet, würden wir den Urlaub aber gerne an gleicher Stelle einmal fortsetzen. Wir schauen bei der nächsten Reise nach Izmir, was das Hotel anbietet.

La ubicación ya que está en una zona céntrica y muy cerca de la estación de tren.
Me gustó que tiene un minibar en la habitación y que el baño es amplio.

Cons:

El hotel es antiguo y necesita urgentemente algunas reparaciones y renovación en el baño, en la regadera había un gotera o filtración del piso de arriba. Además se escuchaba en ruido de las habitaciones de al lado.

Pros:

Personeel was behulpzaam.

Cons:

Ontbijt werd niet bijgevuld. Meubels zijn echt toe aan vervanging. Wij hadden 1 bed waar de poot kapot van was.
