Hotel más que correcto para alojarse en IZMIR.
Pros:

Nos han atendido muy bien desde el primer momento a nuestra llegada. Habíamos hecho reserva de 2 habitaciones economy, pero nos dijeron que intentarían ponernos una de ellas standard... Y finalmente nos pusieron dos habitaciones standard, una al lado de la otra. Perfecto.
Cuidan mucho la atención al cliente.
Pedimos recomendaciones de tours para viajar a ÉFESO, y rápidamente nos hicieron una propuesta y nos dieron alternativas y recomendaciones.
El desayuno es completo. Está bien.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca de un gran parque, cerca del Tower clock , y cerca de la Zona del bazar, zona muy comercial y de restaurantes. Asimismo, también está cerca del Puerto y el mar, pudiendo realizar paseos muy agradables.
Este hotel ha sido nuestra base para ir a visitar Pamukkale y la hierapolis un día, y al día siguiente visitar la zona de Efeso.
Mención especial al Sr. Erol Kozan, que a parte de ser el propietario, es una persona muy agradable y resolutiva, que te transmite y siente un gran entusiasmo por su trabajo y su hotel.

Cons:

Nada reseñable negativo. Por poner un comentario, indicar que la primera habitación economy que nos enseñaron, era muy pequeña... Pero también hay que decir que era lo que habíamos contratado.
Y como ya he indicado, sin pedirlo nos pusieron en 2 habitaciones standard.

Recepcionista estupendo
Pros:

El recepcionista fue super amable, nos dio mucha información útil para visitar la ciudad. Y pudimos dejar las maletas.
El desayuno está muy bien y abundante. La ubicación enta en centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

La habitación es muy pequeña y el hotel es antiguo.

Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt. Unserem Wunsch nach dem bisher gewohnten Zimmer konnte (GLÜCKLICHERWEISE!!) nicht entsprochen werden. Stattdessen höherliegendes mit mehr Aussicht und weniger Schalldruck von der Straße. Alle Nächte ohne Gehörschutz geschlafen, wunderbar. Das Housekeeping macht eine saubere Arbeit, die Dame unter der Woche ist dazu noch besonders aufmerksam und extrem herzlich. Eine Freude, der gute Geist des Hauses. Die Betten sind hervorragend, da kann man über den in die Jahre gekommenen Gesamteindruck hinwegsehen. Die Lage ist ebenso weiterhin optimal für uns. Auf Sonderwünsche wird auch eingegangen, sofern es machbar ist.

Cons:

Das Housekeeping vom Wochenende hat leider die zweite Bettdecke genommen, welche wir über die Rezeption dann wieder erhalten haben. Toilettenpapier wurde auch nicht nachgelegt. Wie gesagt, unter der Woche alles zu 100%!

Está ubicado en una zona muy comercial. Puede resultar un poco ruidoso. Cómo estuvimos un fin de semana se pudo descansar bien. Buen desayuno. Personal amable.
