Comfy and classy
Pros:

Always a joy to stay here. Comfy bed, easy access and spacious bathroom, friendly staff

Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Great rooms. Clean. Easy parking. Food options so close. We always stay at the Glen when in Brisbane. Not far from the Highway. Rooms are sound proofed. Do not hear any noise from the Club, Restaurant etc.

Pros:

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Tasty meals, dinner and breakfast. Would book again.

Cons:

Some Hotel patrons decided to gather and talk right outside our accommodation for about an hour even though our room was some distance from the Hotel.

Great hotel, fantastic service.
Pros:

We loved our stay at The Glen Hotel and Suites.
Clean rooms with comfortable beds.
Pool and gym.
Cafe, restaurant, bar, and bottle store on-site.
We enjoyed the food at the cafe, especially the doughnuts n coffee!
We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant, lots to choose from, and prices to fit all budgets.
Above all was the great service, from reception staff to room attendants and cafe staff to restaurant staff.
All those we had contact with were so friendly and helpful.
Location wise, it was close to family, which is why we chose The Glen Hotel and Suites.
For those without a car, there's a bus stop across the road (Gaskell Street) where you can catch a bus to Westfield Mall Garden City, then buses from there to Brisbane city and other places.
Overall, it is a fantastic place to stay, and we would highly recommend this hotel.
It is better to have a car but we enjoyed catching public transport for 50 cents per trip!

Cons:

I tried to book an airport shuttle from Brisbane Airport and to the Gold Coast Airport, but it seems the location is outside the area of service.
We used taxi and Uber services to get to and from the airports. You can also hire a private shuttle.

Pros:

Gym and pool of close proximity. The cleaner found my missing earring and placed it on the table, visible enough for me to see.

Cons:

It didn't have a microwave and no balcony. Smoking in public areas.
