Great hotel, terrible area.
Pros:

Room was clean and lovely and spacious. We didn't have breakfast as we felt it was too much money as I was also Gluten Free which left very few options. We had a spa every evening, and this was a lovely relaxing way to end each day.

Cons:

The area was surrounding area was horrendous, run down, unclean, and felt very uneasy in, this definitely didn't do the hotel any justice at all .

Výhoda byla že jsme měli cca 5 minut chůze na vlakové nádraží.
Pohodlné postele ,vše čisté a naprosto v pořádku.
Zatmění záclonami 10/10
Výhled sice do dvora, ale relativně na hezkou zahrádku.

Cons:

Necítili jsme se v lokalitě úplně bezpečně.
Velký ruch při opravě komunikací.
Nevýhoda je malý wellness.
Nefunkční ovladač od TV.
Bar u recepce nechtěla obsluha řešit.

GOED maar DUUR We moeten zoeken naar de minder duurde aanbiedingen ;
Pros:

Door de mindervaliditeit ( rolstoel ) werd er voor gezorgd dat aan het ontbijt een tafel klaarstaat voor de rolstoel en ook het ontbijt voortreffelijk is en uitgebreid. De aangepaste Badkamer had zijn gebreken ( vermeld ) waardoor Exclusiviteit van deze verdieping tegenvalt.

Cons:

De eerste maal van verblijf in het Hotel werd er door een lid van de incheck balie een uitstekend service geboden wa voor ons een " MUST is " maar door een fout in de afrekening toen, de stroeve sfeer voelbaar was SPIJTIG .

Amazing stay with exceptional staff, perfect cleanliness, and a great location.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. The property was extremely clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect and very convenient for exploring Brussels. The reception staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I even had an issue with my charger during my stay, and they solved it quickly without any problem. Their hospitality truly made my stay comfortable and stress-free.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable. My experience was excellent overall.

Séjour réussi lors de notre venue pour un concert à l’Accor Arena 😊
Pros:

L’espace wellness est très agréable, d’autant plus qu’il n’y avait personne, ce qui nous a permis d’en profiter pleinement. La chambre offrait également un espace tout à fait satisfaisant, et le petit-déjeuner était très complet. Le personnel, quant à lui, s’est montré particulièrement serviable et attentionné, contribuant à rendre le séjour encore plus plaisant.

Cons:

En revanche, la localisation n’était pas idéale, l’hôtel étant situé dans une rue en travaux, ce qui a légèrement impacté le confort du séjour. De plus, j'aurai aimé que la salle de bain soit plus propore :)

Cons:

Room size is very small, the Bathroom has two parts one for bathroom one for toilets, in toilet room there is no basin , so for washing you have to go to bathroom. Also tissue paper holder in toilet is not working properly ( half broken).
Breakfast is not up to the mark. They don’t have their own kitchen. So most of the items are cold ( like boiled eggs, pan cake etc). Room was cleaned although small in size. It is actually a 2 star hotel, never be a 4 star hotel. Also now a lots of construction work is going on surrounding the area where the hotel is located. So very crowded area now. It was not a pleasant stay at all.
