We couldn’t stay in the room , we slept in our car because of the conditions of the room

Nothing at all, it was a complete disgrace to motel 6 brand and it was disgusting and unacceptable to even be at let alone book a room

The room was absolutely disgusting, there were flies everywhere in the room, rotten food and meat in the mini fridge the walls had human fecal matter on them and they looked as if they had been beaten ! Holes all over the room the sheets had holes cut in them and dog feet prints walking over the sheets! Bed bugs were everywhere and not even hiding they were actually in the pillows and they had a toilet with mismatched tank to bowl and the back lid didn’t even fit ! It was an awful nightmare , I posted just a few of the pics to show the mess they had!

All we wanted was to sleep and couldn’t even do that comfortably..
Pros:

Day shift personal went above to accommodate my needs due to having a 2 month old child.

Cons:

Night shift staff had no filter and was very unconsidered when we had an issue with the room. Had drips of water from the ceiling and was told it from not keeping the AC at 50-60 degrees. Hello we had a baby!

The day shift gentleman was super nice!

Cons:

Room WAS FILTHY! Night staff RUDE! Key fob stayed deactivating itself ( even when put up by itself) bedroom area air conditioner didn't work blew out hot air. The toilet flushed so loud! A lot sketchy looking people!

The location was great but wouldn’t be booking here again.
Pros:

The property was in a good location. The guy at the front desk that checked us in was great and very friendly.

Cons:

The room didn’t seem clean. The mini fridge in the room had multiple strands of hair inside of it. After we checked in and paid for the room, they told us that the pool is out of order and didn’t know when it would be available for use. Wish I would’ve known that before paying. My kids were pretty upset about no pool.
