Always a pleasure with friendly staff.
Pros:

Location good,easy access to mrt and bus services as well as shopping and hawkers and meet up with our local friends.

Cons:

Tv reception poor same as last time and no concierge service for trivial room service.ie bucket of ice or acceptance of food delivery.

Great place for a short stay
Pros:

Excellent location next to Chinatown MRT. We arrived early in the day but our room was ready and we could check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed.

The shower leaked out onto the toilet floor
