Pros:

nice staff, elevator to get to the room, good big comfortable beds

Cons:

We booked the room with the window, but the view was at the wall of the same building. There is no elevator to go to the reception, so you need to use stairs with your suitcase. Late check out costs almost same price as the price for the full night.

For the price and the quality of the is acceptable but have to up grade lobby

Pros:

We hadden 3 suites geboekt en die waren prima voor het bedrag wat je er voor betaald. Niets bijzonders verder maar schoon en een fijn bed en werkende airco. 100 meter van bui Vien street dus daar heb je verder geen last van de en toch dicht bij.
Het hotel zelf heeft een hele kleine entree met een super kleine receptie. Dus verwacht verder niet teveel. Om te slapen prima.

Cheap, typical backpacker style and bad management
Pros:

It’s a very simple but okay hotel for a night or two.

Cons:

At check-in I had to give my phone too the manager so he could go in booking.com application and delete the booking because I came 1,5 hour early. I later found out that the reason this had been done mostly was so they got all the cash for themselves and didn’t need to pay commission to booking.com. A formal complaint will of course be done with booking.com when I’m back in my home country and can use my time on this matter.

I also asked for view but there was no view. There wasn’t even a window that could be opened.
The room wasn’t cleaned in 3 days. And I actually moved out (27 hours before checkout so I could have my last night in a clean hotel.

I can not recommend this hotel. I belive it’s fraud against the customer that needs to pay in cash, and also against booking.com who do y get their commission when the booking is canceled before check-on. I hope I’m wrong but this is serious if not.

Do not book this place no matter what.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. This hotel is not like the pictures. It’s practically a love hotel that they don’t clean after it’s used.

Cons:

Everything, from the staff to the rooms. Absolutely disgusting inside, these pictures are either from when they first opened however long ago or are completely fake.
