Great location. Clean and comfortable room.

Located next to Chateau Frontenac, and close to all amenities. The staff were friendly. The breakfast plentiful although some of the hot dishes weren't always warm. Service was always with a smile.
Although we used the entrance at the rear once we had checked in, the stairs at the front entrance are narrow and rather steep for anyone with mobility issues and the front door swings outward making for a precarious situation when you are carrying luggage. There is a lovely rooftop terrace however it's on the 4th floor and the elevator only goes to the 3rd. There are two long staircases to reach the terrace, so again, this is not good for anyone with mobility issues. We were supposed to have a room with a view of a historical landmark - we did since the hotel is nextdoor to the Chateau, but we could only see a small part of it since any view is almost totally obscured by lovely, tall maple trees.

Parfait!
Our room was excellent.
The staff were exceptional, particularly Sam.
They have thought of everything to ensure their guests comfort and the hotel is so well located. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Hot strong showers. Extra towels. Really stylish decor. Breakfast coffee is strong. Adjacent to the hotel Frontenac and near good restaurants. There is even a wine dispenser in the lounge room and spa tub. The reception staff and kitchen lady are delight. Quiet location in front of a park with views of the Dufferin Terrace. Would stay here again.
The front door opens out onto steep steps that force you to step backwards and down the steps and risk falling.
