Cozy hotel close to everything
Pros:

Location right next to chateau Frontenac, walking distance to all the touristy spots and boardwalk. The reception and rooms, lounge room and rooftop terrace with view of the Château Frontenac were neat clean and well maintained. The room had a king bed as well as Murphy bed and a couch. Quite spacious and with a nice round table and modern finishing, lighting and bedding. Also comes with a sink, toaster oven and a mini fridge and coffee maker pods. The washroom had the toiletries but nice addition was a makeup wipe. Iron also available with a small hanging space for coats. WiFi connection is good. Ground floor is easy for luggage movement.

Cons:

The stairs at entrance are quite problematic, no one to help with it. No complementary water in the rooms, there were 2 bottles with additional charge of $5 each. No snacks in the fridge for purchase. No slippers or toothpaste amenities. The ground floor room is facing the street outside so privacy issue as the curtains Walter very sheer , the street light is inside the room which disturbs the sleep. We need a heavier curtain to cover window for privacy and to block the light.

Highly recommend this hotel if coming to Quebec City.
Pros:

This property is in a perfect location to all the sites. It is beside the Chateau. You have a large roof top terrace which we enjoyed daily. You have access to a cappuccino and coffee maker at the indoor lounge. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You do have an elevator to access all floors except the terrace. You will need to go up one flight of stairs. Breakfast is available for a fee.

Perfect place to stay away from crowds but still close to everything we wanted to do.
Pros:

Great location with nice big room and bathroom. Very clean. Staff was warm, friendly and very helpful. Loved it and would stay again.
