Updated and clean
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Rashied at the desk and Johanne at the breakfast center (which was a quite good breakfast). The location was ideal.

Cons:

The listing in Booking.com was misleading in stating the room had two queen beds, when, in fact, it did not. They did nothing to rectify the situation; so, the fault was more with them and not the hotel. We were there for eight days and only once was the room cleaned and never were the sheets changed :-(

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The room was comfortable. The staff was FANTASTIC!! Breakfast was reasonable and tasty. The “view” from the roof was not like the picture but the opposite side on the roof seating was comfortable & large enough for families.

We enjoyed the city.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay.The staff is friendly and helpful.The hot tub and roof top view are great.I wish I stayed one more day!

Delightful hotel at Vieux Quebec
Pros:

The location was excellent, beside Hotel Frontenac, close to several restaurants one block away, My room was good on the third floor, not very large, but clean and good bathroom. Perfect air conditioning, it was very hot outside. Wine bar very practical, and lovely rooftop terrace with view of Chateau Frontenac. Staff very friendly, reception and breakfast lady.

Cons:

Front steps are dangerous and difficult to manage with luggage. Not many options for breakfast.

Location & good HVAC system. Room was always a comfortable temperature, not fluctuating as in a lot of hotels. Hot tub was a welcome addition after a day of walking the city.

Super convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping as well as the sights inside Old Quebec.

Five or six steps up to the front door though I did see a sign that indicated there were no steps at the rear entrance. I didn’t see how to get to the rear entrance.
