El espacio en las habitaciones
El personal de recepción básicamente ausente
Durante mi estadía del 10 al 12 de septiembre tuve problemas con la calidad del agua del hotel, que salió sucia y turbia. En esa oportunidad no presenté un reclamo porque pensé que podía tratarse de un problema puntual.
Lamentablemente, al volver posteriormente al mismo hotel, comprobé que el problema con el agua persistía.
Considero que un hotel de este nivel debería garantizar algo tan básico como disponer de agua limpia y en condiciones adecuadas para el aseo de sus huéspedes.

Quarto muito barulhento. Meu quarto era de frente pro mar e a avenida é bastante movimentada e o barulho er muito alto. As janelas precisam de um bloqueio de barulho.

Todo en orden, buena ubicación.
A significant amount of water ran down a wall next to the bed - some leak in a pipe. Damage on ceiling and wall indicated this had been a problem before. The door onto the balcony couldn't be closed, it just opened by itself all the time. After complaining, we got a different room. There was slight water damage on the ceiling but no puddles. The balcony door would stay somewhat closed but couldn't be locked. It was very noisy because of the busy street right under the window. We were quite disappointed for that price.
Spacious, very clean room with separate toilet and shower spaces -- it felt big enough for three. Great breakfast and restaurant, which catered for our food requirements (vegan and vegetarian).
The area is not too safe to walk around at night - no problem since the restaurant was so good we'd love to return.

Mi último día de estancia olvidaron preparar mi Colación.
Habitación cómoda, Buen espacio y vista inmejorable. Aún cuando daba a la calle y se sentía el trafico se podía dormir.
Solicite Shower Cup y la persona de aseo me dijo que no tenia.
La ubicación frente al mar, el aire marino y en general las instalaciones. Excelente y variado desayuno.
El edificio es un poco antiguo por lo tanto las ventanas no son termo panel y no aislan el ruido, del mar de los autos y motos que circulan en la Costanera y el ruido de los equipos de aire acondicionado vecinos, eso sí es que tú habitación no tiene vista al mar.
