Pros:

- Lovely staff, Luis was amazing, always helpful and very friendly.
- Location was close enough to the town and the Centro
- The hotel atmosphere and the vibe was fantastic,, as it can be seen in the photos, very colourful and cosy and beautiful architecture.
- also the internet was acceptable, but our room was on the ground floor very close to the internet wifi router, not sure about the other rooms

Cons:

- The shower: shower head was mostly blocked 🚫
- No kettle in the room, no fridge, no coffee
- I expected more, for the price I paid

Lovely staff and hotel!
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous!! The staff was super friendly and helpful with hailing a taxi and offering plenty of suggestions of places to go in the city. We were also able to check in early which was a pleasant surprise. The tv in the hotel has streaming services and the room was so clean. Plus the location is a good one near the city center!

Cons:

I have no complaints! The only thing I wish I got to try was the restaurant in the hotel, but they were doing reservations so totally understandable.

La hospitalidad que nos ofreció Luis, siempre estuvo al pendiente de que la pasáramos bien, no solo en el alojamiento sino también en Oaxaca, se descansa muy bien , es una zona tranquila y no tuvimos problema alguno.
