Cons:

門口服務人員沒有引導，連停車場在哪裡也沒有指示，進入大門後標示也不清楚，還要看小小的地圖才找到僅存一個的停車位。
每個活動都要再加錢，以2人房9千多元的房價，實在太離譜。
服務人員普遍沒有禮貌，設施老舊又都間隔遙遠。
隔音太差，無法充分休息。

服務人員都很親切，一開始的房型過於西曬（天氣剛好正熱），提出需求也直接幫忙更換房型。房間很大很乾淨。

Cons:

戶外設施建議要多維護，雖然是森林遊樂區但是設施過於老舊以及例如上面很多蜘蛛網之類的
