The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. The halls were up to date, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The entrance was open and attractive. We absolutely loved having the spa and pool. We both loved our massages. Wonderful to relax after walking for miles in Florence.
The staff were also absolutely wonderful. They were always helpful and went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us.

The construction out front was difficult and made the drop off confusing. If you have an Uber be sure they pull into the driveway and don’t leave you on the street with the torn up sidewalk… Totally not the properties fault but still something you will need to navigate. I did not love the laundry system. It seems like there must be a better way to pay for laundry than a complicated app…
Schönes Hotel mit Apartments am Stadtrand von Florenz. Grosszügiges und sauberes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück und den Spa-Bereich haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.
Bis ins Stadtzentrum war es doch länger als angenommen. Für nur eine Nacht und wenig Zeit würden wir das nächste Mal ein zentraler gelegenes Hotel buchen. Wir sind mit E-Auto angereist und konnten es bei der hoteleigenen Ladestation laden. Aber Achtung: Mit fast 1 Franken pro Kilowatt fühlten wir uns leider abgezockt. Schade.

Complementary wine
Lots of road work everywhere around the hotel which wasn't mentionned by anyone. Hard to get the luggages around in the streets. Even if it is not their fault the price should reflect the environnement of the hotel.
I also chose this hotel especially for the Spa options but the jacuzzi on the rooftop is 80euros addition, which they tell you about after you bought the room and the spa equipment is terrible unfortunately.
Sauna et steam room barely do the job and the pool is ok but nothing special. Also you can't access it before 9am and have to reserve after 6pm which doesnt make too much sens for a city where people wants to explore all day.
I was disapointed for the price i paid.

The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, super modern and clean. It had a kitchen, bar table, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The room was serviced everyday with clean towels. There was a lovely heated pool to top it off. Booked this apartment at the last minute. Couldn't be happier.
No iron in room. However there was one in the laundry room.
