Établissement très propre avec des prestations de qualité, dont la piscine, très belle terrasse en Rooftop
Petit déjeuner, parfait

Le prix de la privatisation du jacuzzi sur le Rooftop cher
Le lit d’appoint car nous étions trois absolument pas confortable
La troisième personne a dû dormir sur le sol

The perfect Florence getaway

Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont parfaites il ne manque rien. La literie impeccable. Tout est très propre. Le SPA est très agréable. La vue sur la ville est magnifique. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est au top.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Clean, well located. Loved the amenities but unfortunately we didn’t have an opportunity to use them.

Cons:

During our stay there was a lot of construction right in front of the property, unfortunately it also rained almost daily so it became very messy trying to get in and out of area.

Pros:

The pool was lovely and quiet, 2 rooftop areas to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. The rooms were big and spacious. We had a lovely kitchen to prepare small snacks too.

Cons:

The bathroom could have done with some repairs (water damage)

Pros:

Spotlessly clean, fantastic staff and very well cared for and equipped hotel. A pleasure to be in. We also really enjoyed our breakfast. Only a short walk to a Conad supermarket.

Good Hotel to rest and to explore Florence
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel and staff are good. There have been some roadworks on the main road adjacent to the hotel, but they did not impact our stay. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the ZTL (a feature I was particularly interested in), yet it is very close to the old city. We walked every time to old city from the hotel. The children enjoyed the heated pool, which was at a comfortable temperature and not crowded. The room is spacious and clean, and the hotel offers a bottle of wine. The terrace is large and provides a beautiful view.
