The room was so cute! Clean and quiet.. we loved loved loved the location!! Will be back!

Absolutely LOVED our stay!! The hotel was super cute! We loved our room!!!! Will definitely be back to stay the location was perfect!!!!

Cons:

The parking … couldn’t take out the car after we parked it but wasn’t bad because everything was walking distance for us.

L entrée de l hotel ne fait pas envie d entree
Compliqué de monter a l étage avec des valises
Le robinet d eau froide et le lustre ne fonctionnait pas. Abajour percé
La salle de bain était trop petite
Un relooking de l entrée serait appréciable

L'emplacement au centre de tout, c'était coquet

Cons:

Le ménage laisse à désirer. Poussière sur les petites tables de chevet et en dessous du lit. Fil d'araignée sur le mur de brique et au plafond. Nous n'avons jamais été capable de faire fonctionner l'air climatisé 🤔🤔

Un peu trop VIEUX Québec

L emplacement était parfait surtout pendant le weekend du Carnaval

Cons:

Oufffff que c est sale 🤦‍♀️L' entree, les marches, le corridor, la chambre, la douche manquent définitivement de nettoyage. Il y a aussi des rénovations qui devrait ss faire. Les murs, la plaques de ventilation etc...

Surtout l'emplacement, à proximité de TOUT.
Petit champlain, boutiques, restaurants.

Cons:

Arrivant en train tôt, on avaient besoin d'entreposer les bagages avant le check-in de 16h. Plusieurs jours avant j'ai appelé à l'hôtel, j'ai envoyé des courriels pour demander si l'entreposage était possible et je n'ai jamais eu de retour, ni d'appels, ni de courriel.
C'est un peu difficile d'avoir un contact avec le personnel.
C'est un vieux bâtiment, donc, c'est normal que l'isolation soit minime.

Petit déjeuner bien. Emplacement très agréable.

Cons:

Côté TV besoin d’un mode d’utilisation, nous avons réussi à la faire fonctionner après plusieurs tentatives.
