Excellent Hospitality
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, and they kindly gifted us a 30-minute massage each, which was a lovely touch.
The location is close to the riverfront and situated in a lively area with plenty to explore. Many of the main tourist attractions are just a short taxi ride away.
Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable.
The only suggestion I would make is that some of the furniture is starting to show its age and could benefit from refurbishment in the future. However, this did not detract from our overall experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and hard working.

Cons:

Every morning after 9am, even with the do not disturb button on. We would receive a phone call waking me up asking if I wanted breakfast.

Beautiful large clean rooms with amazing views of the dragon bridge, icy cold air con, clean pool, delicious buffet breakfast and roomservice food.
My friend and I became unwell during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to help us feel better out of genuine concern, without their help we wouldnt have recovered nearly as quick.
Ivy is an exceptional manager, all of her staff are respectful and attentive, the bell boys and security made us feel safe and they all made us feel welcomed.
I would rate this place higher if I could off of the staff alone.

Thật sự không còn điều gì để chê ngoài việc nó nằm hơi xa biển đâu đó khoảng 2km.
Tuy nhiên về những tiêu chí khác như dịch vụ, phòng, Wc tất cả đều làm mình rất hài lòng.
Khách có các ac nhân viên cực kì dễ thương và chuyên nghiệp.
Có cho mượn xe đạp để đi dạo
Luôn đáp ứng các yêu cầu đôi lúc có hơi không được tối ưu cho khách sạn. Ăn sáng món ăn rất đa dạng và rất ngon. Và những món quà vô cùng thực tế khác

Our stay at Fivitel Boutique was absolutely wonderful! The hotel provided excellent service and made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived until we checked out.

The staff were all friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. We would especially like to give a huge shoutout to Mia. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable, asked if we needed anything, and surprised us with thoughtful freebies that made our stay even more special.

Mia's kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests are exceptional. She is a valuable asset to the hotel and truly deserves a raise! Thank you, Mia, and thank you, Fivitel Boutique, for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.
