Our family of 13 stayed at Fivitel Boutique Da Nang for six days in five rooms, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and even Michelin-recognized dining options nearby.

What truly made our stay special was the staff. Special thanks to Ivy, Kai, the reception team, housekeeping, breakfast staff, door staff, and the gentleman/guard who helped deliver all our luggage to our rooms despite our late-night arrival. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help.

We stayed in different room types — standard, twin, and family suites — and found them comfortable and spacious. Room 1604 even had a great view of Dragon Bridge! The rooftop pool was another highlight, especially for the teens and young adults in our family, and was a nice place to relax after sightseeing. We also appreciated the complimentary massage for one person per room.

Breakfast had plenty of choices, with some dishes changing daily, plus live pho and omelette stations.

The most memorable gesture came on my parents’ 50th Wedding Anniversary. The staff happened to overhear us talking about it at breakfast. When we returned that evening from their anniversary celebration in Hoi An, the team surprised my parents in the lobby with a beautiful bouquet for my mom and a cake for them. We never requested anything, which made the gesture even more touching and special. ❤️

Our entire family truly enjoyed our stay. It’s the warmth and thoughtfulness of the staff that made Fivitel Boutique Da Nang stand out for us.

Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of our family. We have already recommended the hotel to friends and family and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
