A lovely hotel in a great location.

Pros:

Very friendly staff all round, not just at the desk (lady at breakfast was also very friendly as were the door guys). Grand location, nice options for breaky, nice clean room, nice bathroom...overall can't fault it.

Cons:

I'm being picky but the gym - the treadmill was not functioning properly, was stammering causing you to almost come off it.

Very good value for money.
Pros:

We only used the hotel during the day (no over-night and no breakfast), to bridge the time to our midnight flight. Good value for money. Clean. Location with many shops and restaurants. Close to the airport. Staff were great. They even offered a breakfast box and a free airport ride.

Cons:

Shower head and tap (in the shower/bath) were not easy to adjust to the right temperature, because of leakage. Nothing else of importance to mention, for a hotel in this price range.

Highly recommend this place.
Pros:

Fivitel Boutique is excellently located. There are many great eating places within walking distance. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good, too.
The staff are fantastic and respond quickly to requests. Each one was extremely helpful.

Cons:

The interiors are a little tired looking. However everything was very clean and comfortable.

Отличный отель, великолепный персонал.
Pros:

Начать следует с персонала, ведь именно они вас встречают. Персонал великолепный, особенно выделились Cindy и Ivy. Очень доброжелательные, отвечали на все наши вопросы, помогали во время проживания. При заселении и выселении нам сделали комплименты. Спасибо им отдельное. Каждое утро на завтраке, кто-то из персонала обязательно спрашивал как у нас дела, всë ли хорошо. Охранники всегда открывали двери, встречали, провожали, помогали с багажом и такси. На ресепшене нам давали полотенца для пляжа бесплатно. Персонал 5*
Нам сделали ранее заселение, так как мы приехали в отель раньше положенного времени, и за это дополнительную оплату с нас не взяли.
Хорошее расположение отеля. Близко к достопримечательностям, немного удаленно от шумной дороги, но в то же время все в шаговой доступности.
Номер чистый, приятный запах, кондиционер работает исправно, окна открываются при необходимости. Чистое постельное белье. Нас было двое, нам предоставили 2 халата, тапочки, 2 больших полотенца для душа, 2 маленьких для лица, 1 полотенце для ног, полный набор одноразовых гигиенических принадлежностей, включая бритву, расчёску, тапочки, 2 халата. В ванной комнате имеется также твёрдое мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, которые меняют при уборке номера. В номере имеется холодильник/мини-бар + бесплатная питьевая вода.
Уборка номера каждый день. После уборки нам оставляли включенным кондиционер - когда мы возвращались в номер, там было комфортно.
Завтрак для меня очень хороший. Есть выбор еды, что-то мясное, различные варианты яичницы (нужно подойти, указать нужный вариант, и вам его тут же приготовят), варианты овощей и салатов, различный хлеб, сладкая выпечка, каши, джемы. Чай и кофе. Фрукты.
На верхнем этаже есть бассейн. Один раз попробовали. Чистый.
Есть услуга прачечной.
Возможно забыл что-то упомянуть. Впечатления очень положительные. Хочется сюда возвращаться.

Cons:

Не считаю это минусом, но было заметно что номер слегка требует косметический ремонт. Слегка. Розетки были немного хлипкие при использовании зарядного устройства. Это не было проблемой для нас, поэтому персонал мы об этом не уведомляли.

Klasse 4 Sterne Hotel, gute Lage.
Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das superfreundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

La piscine très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est variés avec des spécialités locales.

Cons:

Pas vraiment dans le centre mais c'est un détail car en 10mn on y est en prenant un grab pour à peine 1,50€...

Pros:

The location was excellent, I could see the dragon bridge from my window. The room was spacious, the breakfast was decent too, and the staff were amazing! We were also very satisfied my the transfer to the railway station!

Cons:

The room was not the cleanest, but we got new towels everyday. The room and the housekeeping service should be improved!
