The location

Cons:

Management can do better...rather than to provide a heating plate for cook the least they can do is provide a hair blower. There was no fans, no hand towel, was limited to only 1 barh towel. Was told by the female staff at the desk that we couldn't get any additional towels nor was there any facil tissue. Her attitude was very rude and condescending unlike the 2 male staff who were very helpful. But overall the management can really do better in terms of comfort for their guests. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTELBTO ANYONE.

Pros:

Good location, clean, and the small kitchen was a bonus. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Only complaint is we had a room on the street so there was street noise as the window was not so tight. Other than that the hotel is a 10 overall.

Good central location.
Pros:

It was a very central location close to restaurants and cafes and also transport links.

Cons:

The room only had one power point which we found very difficult. Also the only mirror was in the bathroom. It would’ve been nice to have a second mirror in the main room too with a power point close to it.

Location is great, the park is just across the road and a short walk through the park takes you to the town and a train
