Pros:

Die Lage war optimal und das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es war rund um die Uhr jemand da.
Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen.
Es gab einen Haarfön zum Ausleihen sowie diverse. Geschirr, Besteck usw. Auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr praktisch. Ein Supermarkt war fußläufig.

Cons:

Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht und funktional.
Aber ein paar Dinge hatten mir gefehlt:
Eine leichte Gardine wäre gut gewesen. So musste man leider das gesamte Zimmer abdunkeln, bzw. den dicken Vorhang zu machen, wenn man sich umgezogen hat, bzw. damit die Nachbarn nicht ins Zimmer schauen können.
Ein paar mehr Kleiderbügel wären klasse. Vielleicht 10. Ich hatte nur 3 Stück.
Ein Haken für die Jacke?
Ein Bild im Zimmer für die Freundlichkeit/Gemütlichkeit oder eine Seite eine gemusterte Tapete?

Pros:

The location was nice and the building. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The information about showers and toilets being separated and shared with other guests was not very clearly stated. We were confused that some of the rooms had shared bathroom and others didn’t.

De ansatte.
Føltes trygt.
Behagelige senger.
Stort rom.
Nye håndklær ved behov.
Fint å kunne låne hårføner.
Bra med kjøleskap.
Kaffemaskinen:)

Cons:

Kunne vært små sjampoo og body wash i dusjen.
Nytt håndkle ble lagt oppå doen, fikk ikke lyst til å tørke ansiktet med den. Ellers veldig rent.

A well-located stay with outstanding staff and great service.
Pros:

The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Oslo. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After check-out, I realized I had left something in the room, and the team kindly retrieved it for me, which was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

The rooms did not quite match the photos, and some of the furniture felt a bit dated. However, everything was functional and clean.
