Pros:

Equipe da recepção extremamente querida e atenciosa, especialmente o menino que não gravei o nome (desculpe) de óculos.
Café da manhã incrível também, vale demais.

Um Pedaço de Casa com O Melhor Conforto

Ótimo posicionamento, perto dos principais lugares que faz a liberdade ser tão especial, além de ser visualmente bonito e confortável oferece uma variedade incrível de opções do café da manhã, das mais brasileiras (pão presunto e queijo. bolo formigueiro) até tradicional japones (gohan e misoshiro) nunca me senti tão bem atendido. Honestamente boa parte do hotel consegue te prender por si só por uma semana sem precisar sair do local, desde maquinas Gacha a SPA com sauna e quartos com banheiro está é a opção certa para se escolher em uma das principais ruas da liberdade, apesar de não ser tão custo benefício ela consegue se pagar por si só em benefícios

Cons:

Única coisa que acabou me incomodando durante a estadia foi a falta de auxílio visual nos registros do banheiro, há vários registros de temperatura que não indicam visualmente o que fazem, ficando confuso. Uma hora eu tomava uma ducha gelada outra uma ducha tão quente que poderia acabar com queimaduras, certa hora foi difícil descobrir qual registro fazia o que e se realmente funcionavam, eles poderiam colocar adesivos indicadores e um manual para facilitar o manuseio, principalmente pelo fato de ser um hotel que parece prezar pela acessibilidade.

Pros:

Foi tudo perfeito! Desde a recepção até o café da manhã, tudo foi excelente. Cada funcionário foi extremamente simpático, atencioso e dedicado, sempre nos atendendo com muita cordialidade. A experiência foi maravilhosa e me senti muito bem acolhida durante toda a estadia.

Poderia ter bebedouro apenas para completar as garrafas, mas fora isso foi muito bom

Good location
Pros:

I chose Nikkei Palace mainly because of its convenient location and because I wanted a room with a bathtub for my parents, who were visiting from Japan.

I had read previous reviews and heard from someone I know who had stayed here before, so I was aware that the building was quite old. However, the hotel and the room were indeed older than I expected. I think the rooms and especially the bathrooms would benefit from some renovation or updating.

Although I booked the room specifically because it had a bathtub, I found the bathroom was not as nice as it looked in the photos, so we ended up not using the bathtub.

That said, this is not really a complaint, as the age of the building was already apparent from the reviews. The location is very convenient, and I especially appreciated having Japanese-style breakfast options such as green tea, rice, miso soup, and pickles.

Cons:

The age of the building and room itself was not a problem for us, but unfortunately, the TV was also quite old. We had planned to relax and watch Netflix together as a family, but the TV did not support Netflix or other streaming services.

Also, the internet connection was quite slow. It was not completely unusable, but I sometimes had trouble downloading files I needed for work, which was inconvenient.

Conforto e praticidade na localização do bairro da Liberdade.
Pros:

Café da manhã com boa variedade, tanto para padrão tradicional quanto para padrão japonês. Localização é privilegiada para quem quer passear na Liberdade com as lojas e restaurantes principais por perto.

Cons:

O wi-fi está fraco em várias ocasiões, sendo que até o 4G do celular estava melhor. O Nikkey já estava melhor antigamente, mas ainda atende conforto e praticidade, principalmente por dispor serviços de sauna, massagem e restaurante.
