Out of the many places we have stayed in Czech this has to be one of the best. Every member of staff was polite, professional and friendly,
The room was great, the breakfast perfect and I got Espresso.
Super clean, and friendly.
We look forward to returning.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! Die Zimmer waren toll - die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Vielen Dank an das HotelTeam welches sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist! Unser Aufenthalt fand während der Hitzewelle statt… In unserem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage nicht in Funktion. Dafür standen aber mobile Geräte bereit die uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht haben!!!! Perfekt….
Besonders schön ist, dass man abends vor dem Hotel mit Bewirtung sitzen kann. Bei Getränken und Speisen gibt es eine schöne Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir verstehen nicht warum der Parkplatz gebührenpflichtig ist….

Very nice hotel with a large room and on site parking.
Pros:

We had a nice and comfortable stay in the hotel. We had a large room which was quiet, clean and looked nice. There is parking on site which was great. Not much to say, just a good hotel.

Cons:

We would liked to have a water cooker to make some tea in our room. Maybe that is not typical in Czechia. There was also no coffee machine. The AC was really welcome because it was hot outside but it is not that powerful. It takes quite some time to get it too a nice temperature. The breakfast is fine but not too much choice. When you walk through the hall on the first floor, you pass the spa facilities and there is a large window without any cover. So if you use the spa everybody passing in the haal will see you. Would prevent us from using it. Also walking through the hall, you pass a window where you see the store next door where the sell vinyl flooring and such. Looked weird and I wonder why you don't close the curtain. That was more funny than a problem.
