Pokój mały i cholernie ciasny jak na dłuższy pobyt. Niby nirmalne w Japonii, ale spędziliśmy tam 6 nocy i ciasnota nie była zbyt komfortowa. Cholernie ciężko porozumieć się w recepcji po angielsku. Niby mówią, ale… każde pytanie to „poważny” problem, z dokupieniem zwykłego śniadania włącznie.

Cons:

Śniadania były o.k. Lokalizacja też.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location on the Main Street of Kyoto. We loved the drinks tokens and the fact that the hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.

Cons:

The washing machine’s drying function was poor. We spent quite a bit of money trying to dry our clothes and in the end had to hang them up in our room to dry after 3 failed cycles.

I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Kyoto because of the location and comfort.
Pros:

Very well located hotel on Kawaramachi, walking distance from the metro lines. Excellent staff, very good breakfast and a clean, compact room with all basic amenities.

Cons:

I wish the television had English TV channels, there were none.

Staff is nice and speak English. Location is pretty central.

Cons:

The pictures of the hotel rooms made them look newer and cleaner than they actually were. There were stains on the curtains and the wallpaper in my room which was off putting. I got the bigger king room, but it was still small and there was a lot of unusable space that was part of the reported room space. I now know that it was a cheap hotel, so had I known what I know now, I would have spent more money for a better hotel.

Tutto sommato un piacevole soggiorno.
Pros:

La posizione in centro, a meno di 1 km da Gion. Gettoni gratuiti per bevande anche alcoliche.

Cons:

Camera troppo piccola. Nessun tavolino, comodini minuscoli, Difficile persino farci stare i bagagli. Bagno minuscolo, anche se la doccia era occidentale e di misure normali.

Pros:

The hotel is located in Kawaramachi, which I think is the best street in the city to stay on. With so many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, it’s a fantastic place to be.
Room was clean and overall comfortable.

Cons:

The room felt a bit too small compared to other hotels. We had to tiptoe over our luggage because there wasn’t much room for more than one. Plus, the walls were so thin that I was woken up by the sneeze or alarm from the room next door.

The breakfast wasn’t great, especially considering the price. There weren’t many choices, and all the meat options were pork.. no chicken or beef. After our first breakfast order in the hotel, we decided to grab a bite at the cafes nearby instead.
