El personal siempre muy amable, habitacion comoda, desayuno correcto, buena ubicacion. Destaco la posibilidad de recarga de agua fria y caliente sin costo extra y tambien la recepcion 24 horas, he llegado muy temprano o muy tarde y siempre fui bien recibida

Personal poco amable, camas incómodas (duras y muy pequeñas), desayuno muy malo, la habitación era muy ruidosa, vibraba la ventana cuando en la habitación contigua prendían el aire acondicionado, era imposible dormir. La única opción era abrir la ventana y hacía muchisimo frío. En mi reserva indiqué que requería 2 habitaciones con cama doble y las que me entregaron tenían camas individuales y cuando pregunté en la recepción, la respuesta fue absolutamente descortés.

No es un 3 estrellas! 2 le daría y alto precio en calidad de servicio!No te atienden como turista.Tendrian que llevar el personal a ver cómo atienden en Brasil al turista.. Desayuno sin huevo, sin fruta, sin queso. Típico de los 70. La gente así se va afuera a pasear. Malo el internet en habitación.Ascensor muy chico y demandado

Inmuebles un poco viejos pero la limpieza exelente.

Con vista a la calle, entonces, si hacen ruido, no puedes hacer nada. A nosotras no nos tocó, pero puede pasar.
El elevador es bastante antiguo, en buenas condiciones, pero no es moderno, otra atracción del lugar para nosotras.
