Pros:

Location and access to beach and chairs. Lush garden and beautiful palm trees throughout. Staff were phenomenal and quick to respond and resolve any concerns. All staff were great..Maryness was friendly and made us feel welcomed and cared for, Paul was also a great help on the beach.

Bon hôtel à Kendwa
Pros:

Très bon accueil et personnel très souriant et serviable (en particulier Maryness). Le buffet du dîner était très bon, variés avec un large choix. Les plats changeaient tous les jours. L’accès direct à la plage était appréciable. Des beaux couché de soleil directement depuis la plage ou la piscine

Simplemente perfecto
Pros:

¡Estancia perfecta! Todo el equipo es un amor. Están siempre atentos a todo lo que puedas necesitar. Queremos agradecer especialmente la simpatía de Paulo, la atención de Ommary y las agradables conversaciones con Maryness.

El hotel está muy limpio, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y, además, se encuentra en primera línea de playa. En todo momento nos hemos sentido muy seguras y cómodas.

El buffet no es muy grande, pero tiene suficiente variedad y la comida está muy rica. Además, te proporcionan toallas para disfrutar de la piscina.

¡Muchísimas gracias por todo! Sin duda, volveríamos a repetir. ❤️

Great location and beautiful surroundings, but disappointing cleanliness and laundry service.

Great location and a beautiful hotel area overall. We really enjoyed the surroundings and the atmosphere of the property. The staff was nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the laundry service was terrible - all of my white clothes came back grey, which was extremely disappointing. Also, when we checked in, the shower was dirty, with black sand all over it and hair stuck to the wall. The cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

Buona struttura in posizione strategica migliorabile su alcuni aspetti
Pros:

La posizione direttamente sulla bellissima spiaggia di Kendwa, anche se il tratto di baia su cui affacciano i lettini dell'hotel è molto soggetto a movimenti di barche, moto d'acqua, macchine acquatiche e altro, rendendo decisamente difficile la permanenza per chi voglia semplicemente rilassarsi e fare il bagno tranquillo. Tutto questo si riflette nel fatto che a certi orari il mare comincia a intorbidirsi e si sente un continuo odore di benzina (poco piacevole in spiaggia). Ovviamente questo non dipende dall'hotel ma gli effetti li subiscono i clienti e a questo, a mio avviso, dovrebbero fare più attenzione, limitando queste attività gestite da locali.
Altra nota sicuramente favorevole riguarda la camera. Io avevo la deluxe sulla spiaggia e devo dire che l'ho trovata spaziosa, pulita e comoda ( materassi di buon livello e lo sottolineo essendo una persona che soffre di schiena). Non sono d'accordo quindi con alcuni giudizi critici sulla pulizia e , soprattutto, sulla presenza di insetti, che devo dire è davvero minima e impercettibile.
Per la camera l'unica nota negativa, ma importante, riguarda il fatto che alcune volte è mancata l'acqua calda per la doccia, cosa che non dovrebbe succedere in un hotel di 3 stelle.

Cons:

L'offerta del ristorante, che è sicuramente varia ma di qualità non elevata.
Anche il personale addetto al ristorante può migliorare nel servizio: i camerieri cercano di impegnarsi e sono anche carini e simpatici, ma sono evidentemente disorganizzata e ciò crea confusione, ritardi nell'allestimento dei tavoli e informazioni a volte sbagliate o fuorvianti.
