The only very nice thing is the beach bar, which is open all day with some music to brighten up the day.
The staff at the bar and restaurant are always smiling, and that is the only reason I am giving two star!!! Thanks guys!!!
You can collect towels from 8:20 AM, but if you go to pick one up, they tell you to come back after 8:30 AM—what if someone wants to go to the beach earlier?
The cushions for the sun loungers are dirty and are collected at 6:00 PM; what if you want to stay later? If only they actually washed them, given that they collect them so early!
The resort's beach is dirty, full of cigarette butts, bottles, cups, and plastic. There are thousands of employees wandering around all day, but what about raking and cleaning? Especially considering what a guest pays? The response we got was, 'it's the low season'—yes, but we paid full price just like everyone else.
The security guards at the edges of the beach, unlike those at other villages we saw while walking along the shore, are corrupt. They take money in front of tourists and allow 'fake Maasai' to stand right in front of the loungers, running toward tourists as soon as they try to approach the sea, making it impossible to relax.
These 'fake Maasai' spend all day talking on their phones and watching social media videos at full volume, squatting on the beach right in front of guests who are trying to enjoy their vacation and look at the sea in peace. The only thing they say is 'Hakuna Matata.'
The hotel pool is old; the mosaics are broken, and the pool surround needs a complete overhaul. Every time you go for a swim, they come to ask for your room number. If they didn't allow outsiders to enter the village—like other resorts do—this wouldn't be a problem.
If you want to travel outside the resort, the prices are insane. It costs $60 to go just 3km.
On low tide days, it’s a disaster—a disgrace. Children and parents throw starfish around (if touched, they die; if thrown, I’ll leave you to imagine what happens).
It is indecent to pay so much for a resort that shows so little care. I do not recommend it.

The location is perfect, the hotel is very well designed and we loved every meal we had there.
It was well located, with the sea just in fron of the facilities. It had plenty of sunbeds in the beach, you can easily spend the day there.
The hot water lasted for very little, the food in the restaurant wasn't good even if it wasn't cheap either, the attention of the staff was mixed as well. Some of them are really nice but others are not. For instance, they may want to charge for hot water in the restaurant, refuse to give a knife to cut fruit and charge you to cut it themselves, not bring something you ordered to the sunbeds because "they couldn't find you"
The food at the resturant was amazing especially dinners service. The staff is very friendly.
