Zona muy mala para el descanso
Pros:

Las partes comunes, recreación, gimnasio, lavandería...

Cons:

Sin ventilador ni aire es imposible sentirse cómodo. El ruido en la calle fue excesivo hasta más de las tres de la mañana. Incluído algún lugar vecino en el que se martillo hasta que me levanté, me queje y la persona de seguridad nocturna llamó a las autoridades

A great stay a little let down by breakfast arrangements.
Pros:

The room was exactly what I needed for this trip with my family.

Cons:

The breakfast was at a cafe a 10 minute walk from the block. I was not impressed at all with the cafe in terms of food and service. Really poor and not great when travelling with children.

Fuimos en Verano, y conseguimos una habitación con dos camas con su nevera, una mini cocina, bacha, extractor, microondas y baño, la habitación era adaptada.

Cons:

La realidad es que la terraza después de las 00:00 los jóvenes gritan bastante

Las instalaciones muy limpias y útiles para estat un par de días

Cons:

El barrio en el que está ubicado, las calles son un poco inseguras, barrio sucio, con drogadictos. Esta a 10 minutos del guggenheim pero esas calles son bastante pésimas

Ubicación magnífica, pero el barrio es muy peligroso, el baño olía a aguas albañales, un horrible calor porque Bilbao en verano calienta mucho y no refresca nada en la noche, sude como un cerdo.

¡¡¡¡¡¡NECESITAN AIRE ACONDICIONADO URGENTE!!!!!!

El personal es magnífico y muy amable, no les comenté mi insatisfacción porque ellos no tienen culpa de nada, no quiero perder mi tiempo de vacaciones en molestarme por algo que no se le va dar solución en el momento, la empresa tiene que mejorar el establecimiento.

La posizione è in una zona abbastanza malfamata. Non mi sono sentita al sicuro, una sera tornando con Uber, l'autista ha definito tale zona come la peggiore di tutta Bilbao e aggiungendo essere come il tringolo delle Bermuda..

Nuestra habitación tenía una pequeña cocina bastante bien equipada. Se llegaba andando al centro sin problema.

Cons:

La cama era muy incómoda. Llegamos 10 minutos antes y nos hicieron esperar esos 10 min para hacer el checkin sabiendo que teníamos el coche mal aparcado. Depende de por qué calle del barrio te muevas, puedes sentirte un poco insegura
