According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

As of September 01, 2021, guests will have to present proof of vaccination to be able to enter places of collective use in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Please be informed that from 1 June 2025 to 31 October 2025, we will be carrying out modernization works on the building’s elevators.
During this period, only one elevator will be in operation, which may result in longer waiting times.
All work will be conducted in accordance with current technical and legal standards, by a certified and specialized maintenance company.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Nos teníamos q ir temprano, 730hs pasaba a buscarnos el traslado. Pensamos que era mejor bajar a las 7 y mientras haciamos el chekout, dejar las valijas e ir a tomar un café . Pero no nos dejaron, si queríamos desayunar teníamos q volver a la habitación y hacer después el chekout. Horrible atención al cliente.

O chuveiro é maravilhoso. A limpeza do quarto estava de acordo, a localização é ótima, ao lado da praia, tem supermercado ao lado, muitos bares e restaurantes, fácil de se locomover. A senhora que fica na entrada do café da manhã é um amor e o rapaz da recepção que guarda as malas, Lucas é super simpático.

Cons:

O café da manhã deixou a desejar, muitos pães, mas nada diferente, poderiam ter mais opções de bolo por exemplo. Sobre o atendimento, na recepção fomos recebidos por um profissional que não me lembro o nome, um senhor moreno de cabelo grande, ele não foi nada simpático, poderia ter nos recebido melhor e também ter se comunicado melhor.

Péssimo! Quase estragou minha viagem ao Rio. As atendentes jovens são terríveis, mal educadas, especialmente uma de cílios cafonas enormes. O gerente é tenebroso e não consegue resolver nada! O café da manhã péssimo em todos os 3 dias que me hospedei. Foi o barato que saiu caro. Não indico nem ao meu pior inimigo!
