According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

As of September 01, 2021, guests will have to present proof of vaccination to be able to enter places of collective use in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Please be informed that from 1 June 2025 to 31 October 2025, we will be carrying out modernization works on the building’s elevators.
During this period, only one elevator will be in operation, which may result in longer waiting times.
All work will be conducted in accordance with current technical and legal standards, by a certified and specialized maintenance company.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A experiência com a recepção, especialmente com o gerente, foi bastante frustrante. Eu tinha uma reserva individual e precisei receber uma visita no quarto. Para tratar dessa solicitação simples, tive que conversar com mais de três pessoas diferentes e fui informado sobre políticas excessivamente rígidas e financeiramente abusivas. A alternativa apresentada foi alterar a reserva desde a primeira diária, praticamente dobrando o valor já pago.

Entendo e respeito que o hotel tenha suas próprias regras e procedimentos. Porém, a falta de flexibilidade e de disposição para encontrar uma solução razoável comprometeu completamente minha experiência. Eu estava disposto a pagar uma taxa adicional, uma diária extra ou até mesmo um valor complementar referente ao café da manhã, mas nenhuma opção intermediária foi considerada.

Infelizmente, a forma como a situação foi conduzida tornou minha estadia muito desagradável. Por esse motivo, não voltaria a me hospedar no hotel e não o recomendaria.

Gostei muito da localização, que é muito perto da praia, quiosques, Forte do Leme etc., assim como gostei do atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

A limpeza do chão do quarto, pois estava sujo, apesar de o quarto estar cheiroso. As toalhas estavam limpas, porém manchadas. A jacuzi estava com temperatura excelente, contudo estava com crosta de sujeira, mesmo no dia seguinte, após suposta limpeza. Esfregamos uma parte e constatamos que era sujeira. Apenas um elevador funcionando. Sem toalha de rosto. O colchão afunda e sai da base o tempo todo, não é confortável. A estrutura do hotel e do quarto é incrível, precisa melhorar esses detalhes essenciais. O mais importante o local tem: atendimento de qualidade, excelente localização e estrutura.

Ótimo hotel, os colaboradores super educados e prestativos, café da manhã maravilhoso sem falar da dono Graça numa gentileza 100% e local top descia atravessava a pista e já estava na praia.

A vista da piscina é ótima. Dá para ver parte da praia e o Forte de Copacabana.

Cons:

O prédio do hotel é muito antigo, o que influencia no conforto como um todo. Tive problemas com o chuveiro que não esquentou. O frigobar vazou água e molhou parte do quarto. A chave para abrir a porta é muito antiga. Tinha que inserir na maçaneta para abrir. Muito ruim de abrir.
