Endroit atypique et charmant on se sent privilégié. Dommage il en manque peu pour que ce soit excellent.

Endroit privilégié, un véritable show d’oiseau, tous les jours devant notre chambre. Personnel, très gentil et réceptif à nos demandes.

Cons:

Propreté limite dans la salle de bain. Équipement trop minimaliste, appartement, équipé, lavabo et frigo, mais pas un seul couvert, ni vert, ni assiette, ni rien…

Cons:

After a long trip, we just wanted to relax, but that wasn't possible at Golden Paradise. As soon as we arrived, we immediately noticed that the room was in terrible condition, even though the receptionist had just checked it before handing it over to us. As soon as we noticed how dirty it was, we went back to reception, having been forced to wait an hour before anyone returned to work.
Here's a summary of the main points:
- Dirty room: hair in the bathroom, furniture such as the bedside tables and table were greasy, and the deckchairs and outdoor sofa were dirty.
- The terrace is not private but appears to be shared because it's attached to the neighbors' terrace.
- Terrace floor is about to cave in; the concrete is cracked and slanted.
- You can hear everything the neighbors are saying; we had to sleep with earplugs.
- There are no outlets to charge your phone in the room; there are only two, and only in the kitchen.
- Reception is constantly absent.
- Sand in the bed.
- Soap is missing and requested twice.
- If you stain your towels with makeup, you'll be fined 250MXS.
- Pre-war showerhead.
- the guy at the reception was passive aggressive with us just because we cancelled our stay for the above reasons. He didn’t say any “goodbye” resulting unprofessional.

After two nights spent there, looking for another place we moved out receiving a refund for the remaining 2 nights and a 10% of discount on the first two.

Cons:

Het was beetje vergane glorie. Dak lekte bij grote regenbui maar wel heel netjes opgelost door personeel ( we kregen gelijk andere kamer)

Great location and great staff!
Pros:

It was ocean front and away from chaos. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

There was no curtains to block out the light much. The bathroom shower was very low pressure. The pillows were flat. No kitchen for the expensive price
