Pros:

Frühstück und Zimmer waren sehr gut, das Besondere ist jedoch die Pianobar mit Lounge-Charakter im Entree-Bereich. Die Atmosphäre ist abends einzigartig, hat fast schon Großstadt-Charakter ;-). Wir haben den Abend jedenfalls sehr genossen.

Cons:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im A-Rosa, weil wir die andere Nacht bei Freunden untergekommen sind. Wir verstehen, dass eine Nacht in Relation zu mehr Nächten immer teurer ist und jede Nacht, abhängig von der Saison, einen anderen Preis hat. Dennoch ist der Preis etwas zu hoch gewesen.

Cons:

Unter unserem Bett lagen noch Pommes vom Bewohner davor. Beim Checkin wurde ich vor anderen Gästen gemaßregelt wegen unserem Hund. Hatte dies aber bei Booking angegeben das ein Hund mitreist
Das mir das falsche Zimmer vorgeschlagen worden ist kann ja nicht mein Fehler sein
Ich musste dafür einen Aufpreis von 200€ bezahlen
Völlig überlastetes Frühstückspersonal….speck auf dem Stuhlpolster…Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt

Pros:

Die des Umsicht Reinigungspersonals in den Zimmern, Freundlichkeit und das komplette Wohlfühlpaket im Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Im Wellnessbereich fehlte es mitunter an aufgefüllten Spendern oder auf den Liegen lagen lange benutzte Handtücher und leere Tassen und Gläser. All das ist jedoch Jammern auf hohem Niveau, es war eine Kleinigkeit.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Es fehlte nur noch etwas Fleischsalat :-)

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr warm.
Bei offenem Fenster konnte mal zur Poolseite schlecht schlafen.
Der Überlauf vom Pool war sehr laut und störend!

Frühstück wird erst recht spät angeboten (ab Punkt 8:00) Kein Angebot für Frühaufsteher. Abendessen: Die Portionen (vor allem die Vorspeisen) sind derart übersichtlich, dass man mehr am Hin- und Herlaufen, als am Essen ist. Aber das gehört wohl so in der Preisklasse…

Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendbuffet, gute Bar und netter Wellnessbereich, aber Schwächen im Servicebereich, da kein 5-Sterneniveau.. Beispiele: Torte zum Geburtstag für das Frühstück bestellt, sie war tiefgekühlt… Tisch für 10 Personen an Rezeption bestellt, im Restaurant wusste davon niemand etwas.., Housekeeping nach Klopfen mitgeteilt, wir brauchen noch 30 Minuten, Antwort, dann hab ich Feierabend…. Alles keine großen Sachen, es bleibt ein gutes Hotel, aber eben keine 5 Sterne im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern.
