Das Hotel hat wohlfühlcharakter muss nur an einigen Stellen etwas ändern, dann würde ich gerne wiederkommen

Die Lage, das Ambiente,der Frühstücksraum und die Zimmer finde ich wirklich ansprechend und fühlte mich immer wohl bei Ihnen.

Cons:

Wir kommen jetzt sein 10 Jahren in dieses Hotel und dann gefragt zu werden, ob wir schon mal da waren, finde ich schade, dazu muss ich leider sagen, das die Qualität des Frühstücks sehr nachgelassen hat und wenn die Frühstückszeit bis 10 Uhr ist und um 09:50 Uhr schon zusammengeräumt wird, obwohl wir noch dort sitzen und einen Kaffee trinken wollten, fühlt man sich nicht gerade wohl.
Ich habe nichts dagegen, das die Angestellten auch dort frühstücken aber man hätte vielleicht warten können, bis wir weg sind.

Wie immer, das schöne Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, das gute Frühstück in schönem Ambiente

Cons:

wie immer sind wir etwas früher gekommen und haben gefragt, ob wir früher einchecken können. Unsere Anfrage wurde extrem unfreundlich und auch nicht ganz klar beantwortet. Wir hätten auch nur unser Gepäck irgendwo abstellen wollen, aber die Möglichkeit wurde nicht aufgezeigt. Insgesamt sehr unprofessionell gehandelt, zumal wir seit Jahren Stammgäste sind.

Heidelberg und das Midori gehören für uns zusammen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist unser Favorit wenn wir in Heidelberg sind.
Super Frühstück, tolle Terrasse, gute Zimmergröße, große Tiefgarage mit E-Ladesäulen.
2 Minuten zur S-Bahn, 15 Minuten in die City. Oberhalb vom Hotel ist die Dossenheimer Straße, wer die entlang läuft, läuft oberhalb der Hauptstraße zwischen Gartenanlagen durch.

Cons:

Leider konnte uns die Dame am Empfang keine genaue Info zu den Kosten der Wallbox sagen, auch nicht, dass anscheinend einige Boxen nicht funktionieren.
