Very good hotel in an excellent location for Haneda airport
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location for the airport especially if you gave an early morning flight at Terminal 3 . You literally walk out of the hotel and you are in the departures check in area. Hotel is very comfortable and quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Pros:

Nós ficámos alojados no Royal Park hotel pois tínhamos um voo bastante cedo e não queríamos o stress da deslocação a essa hora.
O nosso quarto era grande e confortável.
A casa de banho era óptima.
Há um restaurante logo antes da entrada do hotel, mas existe mais restauração na zona das partidas, antes da segurança.

Pros:

La posizione eccellente direttamente connessa al terminal 3 di Haneda, quindi comodissimo se si hanno voli l'indomani presto al mattino, ti evita lunghi viaggi per l'aeroporto; qui invece ci sei già. Comodità dei letti e spazio nella stanza (cosa non da poco in Giappone!)

Cons:

Le stanze e soprattutto la moquette avrebbero bisogno di un restyling o di un rinnovo tanto sono consumati. La colazione da migliorare nella parte relativa all'offerta continentale (quindi non giapponese), per esempio mancava il miele! Lo staff comunque si è prodifato al meglio

I was only there from 21.00 to 06.30 so can’t really say much.
Pros:

It’s in the airport departures area!
Staff were great, restaurant has a view over the runways, shuts at 10 so no late night bar. Bathroom was excellent, behind a glass wall. Breakfast was great

Cons:

Not a complaint just an observation: Long corridor of rooms was like looking into a series of mirrors.
Cost was the most expensive of my 5 & the shortest time I spent in them!

Excellent way to break up a long trip
