Great location for Airport transit. Staff can be more polite.

Cons:

Staff was initially stubborn on a request to keep medicines in their freezer. Later reluctantly agreed. Could have been more polite to understand the genuine need because there was no freezer in the refrigerator provided in the room.

A Deeply Disappointing Stay Behind a Great Location　好立地ゆえに選びましたが、極めて残念な滞在となりました

Cons:

Despite costing around 30,000 yen per night, the room was extremely small, offered no view at all, and felt almost like being confined in a basement. To make matters worse, I encountered a cockroach in the room and had to spend time dealing with it. In addition, part of the shower head had a sharp edge, which caused a cut on my fingertip.

I have stayed at many hotels both in Japan and overseas, but this was among the worst experiences I have had. Those considering this hotel solely because of its location should proceed with caution.

1泊30,000円という価格帯にもかかわらず、部屋は非常に狭く、景観もなく、まるで地下室に閉じ込められているような圧迫感がありました。さらに、室内でゴキブリが出現し、その対応に追われることとなりました。加えて、シャワーヘッドの一部に鋭利な箇所があり、指の腹を切る怪我もしました。

これまで国内外で多くのホテルに宿泊してきましたが、その中でも特に残念な部類の体験でした。立地の良さに惹かれて宿泊を検討される方は、十分注意された方がよいと思います。
