Pros:

bathroom has good water pressure and water is warm enough. there is long sofa to chill with.

Cons:

later only i found the iron. maybe you can put note on the table, about the location of hidden item ( iron, iron board, blower etc )

Pros:

Nice big hotel, secure parking in quite a good spot but a bit trucking to find when your driving yourself.

Cons:

Nothing if I ever do this trip again this and the last one would be revisited for sure
