La ubicación cerca del lagos y comercios, comodidad, tanto habitación como instalaciones, limpieza y modernidad

Cons:

Deberían revisar la información que ponen en la app, ya que quisimos hacer checkout later y nos cobraron un importe mayor al que indicaba.

The staff, especially in the pool area, were very friendly and kind. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Pros:

Very good breakfast choice. A lot of choices. Room is nice and have a good view of Wetland Lake.

Cons:

Some staff not friendly. Especially at reservation counter.

Staff dont know that i already entitled for late checkout..

Request for additional bed even paid already but taking longer time and have to follow up until 6.30pm. after call follow up then within 10 min housekeeping come to setup. If i not called then probably not even come to setup.
