Hôtel bien situé mais le confort laisse à désirer

Le petit déjeuner , trop simple, pas assez de choix ( pas de viennoiseries, choix du pain très restreint …)
Chambre grande certes mais une toute petite fenêtre , trop sombre ( donne la déprime) avec moquette au sol et en plus , pas très propre

Un séjour gâché par le SPA
Pros:

Les lits sont confortables, l’emplacement est idéal et le petit-déjeuner est de bonne qualité, même s’il est moins varié que lors des années précédentes.
Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de la part des agents de la réception, notamment M. Hamza et M. Mohamed, ainsi que des agents de la bagagerie, en particulier M. Ahmed.
Le personnel du service d’étage s’est également montré très serviable, disponible et professionnel.

Cons:

Une poignée de masseuses ainsi que la responsable du SPA nous ont malheureusement gâché le séjour.
Bien que l’accès au hammam et au sauna soit annoncé comme gratuit et illimité, nous avons été constamment dérangés, voire verbalement agressés, par certaines masseuses ainsi que par la préposée à l’accueil du SPA, dont l’attitude s’est révélée très impolie.
Alors que les massages sont censés être effectués dans des espaces dédiés, ces employées n’hésitaient pas à venir dans les espaces communs du SPA, perturbant ainsi la tranquillité des lieux.
La préposée à l’accueil du SPA, particulièrement impolie et désagréable, a même exigé que nous obtenions son autorisation avant d’accéder au hammam, alors que celui-ci est présenté comme libre d’accès pour les clients de l’hôtel.
Ce comportement ne reflète pas l’image d’un établissement qui se présente comme un hôtel familial. Nous avons été très déçus par cette situation et avons eu le sentiment d’être constamment importunés tout au long de notre séjour.
Enfin, nous avons constaté que la clientèle du SPA était composée en grande partie d’hommes ne séjournant pas à l’hôtel, ce qui contribuait à un environnement peu conforme à nos attentes pour ce type d’établissement.

Perfect stay for a citytrip!
Pros:

The staff and the location were excellent!
A nice pool, good breakfast and special thanks to our wonderful housekeeping lady Zübeyde.
Her towel creations surprised us every day and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect choice
Pros:

The location was perfect. Practically you are in the city center, a 2 min walk from Taksim square and Istiklal street. Very close you have everything you need - shuttle transport to the Airports, stations of buses, metro and F1 Funicular that transfer you in a few min directly to the tram T1(necessary for the most of a popular attractions) and Kabatas Ferry station, so you can easily pass to the Asian side.

The staff received us very polite and make us feel like a special guests every time we entry in the Hotel. 😃 The room was very clean and big, with a lot of space, even in the bathroom. We really enjoy our time in this Hotel and in Istanbul.

I really don't have anything to complain of.
