Would definitely go back to this hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at The Parma Hotel in Istanbul! Everything was great from the beginning to the end.
The location is excellent, right in Taksim, making it very convenient for exploring the city and getting around by public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the breakfast could have offered a little more variety, especially for a longer stay.
Overall, we were very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Posizione centrale molto vicino alla piazza Taksim, letti comodi, colazione abbondantissima. Nonostante il quartiere sia molto vivo e rumoroso le stanze sono perfettamente isolate. Staff cortese e disponibile.

Хареса ни това, че ни дадоха по-голяма стая, от тази която бяхме платили, както и отношението на ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИ хора от персонала - не всички!

Cons:

Стаите са много амортизирани, особено баните. Спа центърът също има нужда от обновяване, в басейна постоянно се провеждаха частни уроци по плуване и не можеше да се ползва спокойно от гостите на хотела. Водата в басейна е студена. Относно ресторанта: за първи път срещам в хотел да не може да се вземе кафе за стаята от ресторанта и то от закуската, която е включена в цената. Не сме ползвали закуска НИТО ЕДИН ДЕН, заради ужасното отношение на управителя на ресторанта. Не може да се вземе чай в типична чаша за турски чай, защото тези чаши не можели да се носят в стаите??? Пак казвам: управителят се държа възмутително. В друг, съседен хотел през месец март, не само че можеше, а дори си вземахме закуската в стаята и после връщахме чиниите /не че някой е искал това от нас/. Само заради ресторанта няма да посетим повече този хотел. Отделно има служител на рецепция на име Taha, който си позволи да ми направи забележка, говорейки с тон на турски език, че е извън правилата да ми поръчват храна от друго място, предвид факта, че два дни подред другите му колеги го правиха и така спечелиха искрените ни благодарности. Изказвам възмущение и от него - така не може да се отнасяш към клиента. Щом има правила, още в началото откажи, или кажи че ще питаш мениджъра си, но не и по този начин да караш госта си да се пувства все едно му се караш и е виновен!!! Искам да поздравя чистачката на 4 етаж - уникално сърдечна жена, която си върши работата перфектно, както и Ахмед от рецепцията - много всеотдайно се отнасяше към нас. Също и момчетата от нощната смяна, които днес 09 септември бяха на работа около 17.30 - БРАВО ЗА ТЯХ!

A very pleasant place to stay to enjoy the vibe of Athens.

The location. Looking down on the Alice in Wonderland restaurant. NearMonastiraki Square, to wander up Ermou (main st) to Syntagma Square with the Changing of the Guard.

Location' staff ' the room the breakfast every thing was very good
My thank to all the staff particular, Mr. Taher, the front desk employee, overwhelmed us with hospitality. He upgraded our room to a higher category without us even asking. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Rigtig godt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed og god service.

Personalet, beliggenhed og deres service var fantastisk. Gode værelser og rigtig god morgenmad

Cons:

Deres spa faciliteter fungerede ikke som ønsket. Saunaen fungerede ikke optimalt selvom personalet prøvede flere gange at fikse det. De havde en speciel bruser som var lukket helt af, hvilket var ærgerligt. I poolen skulle man have en svømmehat på, hvilket heller ikke var rart.
