Todo bien
La atención, muy cálidos y amables, cómo el vuelo llegó temprano, nos dieron la habitación desde que llegamos al hotel, y así mismo, nos dejaron estar hasta más tarde, porque el vuelo era ya casi de noche.
Sin duda, cuando regresemos a Hermosillo, ustedes son nuestra 1era opción

Todo nos gustó, además a pasos del hotel, están 2 de los lugares que fuimos a cenar y a desayunar, el palominos y el gastronora, excelentes lugares.

Las camas muy duras, y muy incómodo que había huéspedes que hicieron demasiado ruido, íbamos a descansar porque operaron a mi mamá y el escándalo fue exagerado con los huéspedes, llamé varias veces a recepción para que hicieran algo al respecto.
Todo estuvo bien nada mas que el aire de la habitation era poco dificil de acomodar temperatura. Oh muy helado o muy caliente. Tambien no me gusto que no podemos introducir bebidas alcolicas al lugar, si se supine que es un.lugar pqra descansar y relajarte,ovio con el calor y la alberca sr te antoja.. y aparte las personas que limpian los cuartos hacen mucho ruido se Britain de un pasillo al otro en plena manana.
el desayuno, la limpieza en las habitaciones, la piscina fabulosa el agua está ideal según el horario del día, la ubicación excelente y la terraza con la que cuenta en el exterior es formidable para apreciar el atardecer en Hermosillo, cae la tarde super bien disfrutando la vista y el aire, excelente servicio del hotel, disfrutamos mucho el alojamiento.

Las camas cómodas habitación limpia las sábanas muy limpias y nuevas almohadas en excelentes condiciones.
El desayuno muy malo la verdad y los baños de la alberca muy sucios

Puede ser la falta de estacionamiento, pero todo bien siempre están atentos a ayudar, gracias.

Se escucha todo de los otros cuartos, no tiene suficiente espacio para el estacionamiento.

Todo muy bien fue muy poco el tiempo de estancia pero todo estuvo muy bien a lo mejor un letrero de silencio en los pasillos estaría mejor especialmente entre 1 y 5 de la mañana
