Amazing experience
Pros:

The views and rooms were perfect. The restaurant Oblix and cocktail bar gong were phenomenal

Pros:

We were lucky enough to get an up graded room, the view was magnificent especially in the dark / evening. The room was amazing comfortable and the seating meant we didn't have to just sit on the bed.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like. It was a 1 night special treat and you ticked every box for us.

Beyond exceptional - Wonderful 40th Birthday present.
Pros:

The room was beautiful, high up in the sky with absolutely fantastic views across London. Just walking in to the room and watching the blinds raise to reveal the view was incredible. The room was extremely well-appointed, with everything you could think of in there for you. The staff were also absolutely incredible, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The nightly turn-down service was a lovely touch, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would love to return again one day!

Cons:

Leaving! I wish we could have stayed for longer, but hopefully we will be able to return one day and experience the Shangri-La London again!

Great room and view terrible service and team.
Pros:

Location fantastic room good choice of restaurants

Cons:

Horrible staff gym facilities were limited unfriendly team and extremely over priced. Didn’t see that there was a breakfast included on our booking either when we clearly booked it. Made us extremely uncomfortable and awkward.

I would not go back, could have chosen better hotel.
Pros:

Room was spacious and has some technology and bath and shower together ❤️. Was at a height. Also, sound proof .

I didnt like the hotel welcoming, we went there for our anniversary and as complementary gestures was nothing been placed like, fruit, small cake ... I found that very cheap as other hotels or cafes least give you some sort of token of wish left in the room and welcoming... also, never was asked after checked in how we are comfortable. Bed was not comfortable for a 5* hotel. Ordered room service, what we asked for totally something else arrived. At the end the total amount booking. Com charge the hotel will put 5% discretionary on top but that's optional if you want to pay. Went to the gong restaurant didnt like the service and food.
