Exceptional Service for an Unforgettable Milestone Stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Shangri-La The Shard last month for my mother’s surprise birthday celebration. Camila from the events team went above and beyond, flawlessly managing every detail; from room surprises to discreet check-in coordination. Her recommendations for the band and flowers were also excellent.

The evening was a resounding success thanks to Sushil, Tanveer, and their attentive team, who beautifully decorated the tables and kept us on schedule. Our guests were highly impressed by the entire experience, especially the outstanding lamb main course. Thank you to everyone involved for making this an unforgettable weekend!

Perfect high-scale weekend get-away near Tower Bridge
Pros:

The staff was absolutely fantastic, very friendly, caring, and helpful. Great facilities, uncomplicated check-in and check-out, great location near Burrow market and Tower bridge, beautiful view of the river. Valet parking available at an extra charge, no issues with that.

A flawless, sky-high experience
Pros:

The floor-to-ceiling views from our room were spectacular, looking straight down over the Thames, Tower Bridge, and the London skyline. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and featured high-tech touch controls for everything from the blackout blinds to the heated bathroom floors.

The service is exceptional and seamlessly blends warm Asian hospitality with classic British professionalism. Every interaction with the staff felt genuine and attentive.

The amenities are equally impressive. Swimming in the 52nd-floor infinity Sky Pool in the morning while watching the city wake up below was unforgettable. We also had breakfast at TĪNG and drinks at GŎNG Bar; both offered excellent food and beverage quality paired with unmatched vantage points.

It is an expensive stay, but for a flawless luxury experience and the best views in London, it is entirely worth it.
