Hotel was amazing
I was miss charged by £800.00p mich i was informed i couldnt get back untill i checked out but i was relying on that money to pay for our weekend away which meant i couldnt do what i wanted. very dissapointing!!
The view and room, well equipped

I had been asked the time we would arrive but our room was still not ready however we were given a later check out as compensation

TV didn't work then identified remote had no batteries took an hour for replacement.
During this time we had a Kit Kat and some nuts not realising you had to pay for this as no 'paperwork' to advise everything was on the TV!
The cost of a Kit Kat and Nuts was extortionate 400% mark up is unacceptable

The breakfast again I believe is over priced there wasn't anything exceptional and it was not that hot as kept on warming trays.

The pool was fantastic. Just would’ve been a bit more enjoyable if it had been a tiny bit warmer it was quite chilly. The water breakfast was lovely but some of the food was quite cold. But with they said it never spoil our holiday.

Such a let down. The view is obviously stunning and the attraction but the hotel its self really falls short. So sad because I was thinking since it was a Shangri-la it would be amazing. Nope, super dated and just weird.
The staff were so awkward and just not good. Service was not good. The people behind the check in desk seem scared spoke so quietly we could not hear them. My husband and I literally had to ask them to repeat them selves more then 5 times. We have perfect hearing.
The restaurant was dated and just shabby. Food was good, not bad but not great. The table and setting was like sitting at a run down dinner from the 90's.
The room was better but also felt really flat and dated. The view really picked the whole place up but it's not enough for me to want to go back there.
