Pros:

A localização é privilegiada se a sua intenção é estar próximo da UFMG. O custo beneficio favorece a escolha. A equipe poderia guardar mais o carisma mineiro, mas não é isto que se percebe na totalidade. O café da manhã é sempre lotado e oferece o essencial.

Cons:

A limpeza deixa a desejar, principalmente nas áreas comuns. O hotel pede uma reforma urgente. O quarto é pequeno. Não leve muita bagagem, porém suficiente para uma viagem rápida.

Infelizmente uma decepção
Pros:

Não tem nada que tenha gostado, infelizmente.

Cons:

O hotel precisa de reformas, tudo muito largado e sujo. Quartos, corredores, áreas comuns, precisa de uma gestão para colocar a casa em ordem. Ja fique em Nobile, não costuma ser assim.

Boa vibe.
Pros:

Um bom lugar para quem precisa ficar na Pampulha, padaria com almoço ao lado. Hotel com uma boa vibe.

Cons:

Embora eu tenha conseguido estacionamento, fui avisada por e-mail, depois de escolher e pagar o hotel, que o estacionamento seria cortesia, podendo estar disponível ou não. Sugiro deixar isso claro antes, assim o hospede pode optar por correr o risco ou não.

Estadia agradável e prática.
Pros:

O quarto é espaçoso e o banheiro também.
A cama é confortável e muito macia.
Gostei da bancada que tem… dá para acomodar malas pequenas com folga, o que facilita a não deixá-las no chão… como em muitos hotéis…

Cons:

Não gostei do fato de não ter uma vista bonita…
Não me sinto bem onde não posso ver uma natureza pela janela…😊
O fato de ter que recarregar o cartão todas as vezes que subíamos, também é um ponto incômodo nesse processo.
